• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2014 RT-S Blown Headlights

I am about to replace 2nd blown headlight on my 2014 RT-S in 36K miles. Its a major undertaking and wanted to avoid in the future. Last time I replaced both bulbs since I had all the plastic ware off. Is this normal wear? Are there headlights that last as long as car headlights? Is there an...

I just returned from North Pole, Alaska. 7,660 miles from San Clemente on a 2014 Rt-S SE 6. I left on 8-16 in 104 heat on I-5. Prior to departure I put on a new Arachnid rear tire and some Federal Evo's up front. I visited Spyders in the Redwoods and had Squared Away do a Laser alignment. On a...

NTA PREP Thanks for the suggestions. I am expecting delivery of new K & N filter any day now. I checked the brakes when I replaced the tires, minor wear at 7000 miles. I will look at battery right away, it was not on my checklist. The spark plugs are the new Irridiums, so they are good for...

    Vee Rubber

The Motorcycle Tire Maniac list the correct number for the tires. I had seen the previous posts so it was very useful. The correct number is listed as the touring tire. I have a 2014 RT-S SE-6 with 6600 miles on the stock Kendas and they seems to have quite a bit of rubber left. Wondering if I...

    New Tires?

To All, I have a 14 RTS that we put 5900 miles on in 6 months of riding. Outstanding vehicle. We will be traveling to Alaska this summer and I want to change the tires now rather then worry about rapid tire wear during our 9,000 mile trip. Is there a consensus on tire choice. We live in Southern...
