• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone changed base F3 turn signals to LED's?

I installed these quite some time ago and don't get hyperflash, with or without brakes applied. No resistors installed, just the bulbs and followed the procedure I posted previously. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P2D415K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=pda0fc-20

Your Reason For Getting A Backrest?

I normally don't use a back rest since my rydes are usually very short. I live on a remote island, so how far can I really go? LOL I purchased the BRP backrest for the ryde from LA to Valcourt last year and I'm glad I did. Being 6'4", it wasn't a problem lifting my leg over. Mostly it saved my...

    Watch out Elio....

The Slingshot isn't made for tall people. I test drove a Venice and it fit me like glove and I'm 6'4". And as you say, nicer than a Slingshot.

27mph winds. Gusts to 41mph. Would you ride?

Drove through 50+mph cross winds in SD on my way back from the Homecoming event in June. My left hand went numb a few times, winds from the left, and I had to point my head into the wind while looking out the right side of my visor due to neck strain. I got pounded for about 4 hours but the F3...

Anyone with an F3 tried BRP's Chopped Rear Fender?

I have a chopped fender kit I'm willing to sell with very low miles on it. PM me if interested. I may even still have the original box it came in.

Not all wildlife in Vermont is fast

Snapping turtles have very long necks and can get you if you're not careful. I've always picked them up by the base of the tail. It won't hurt them and you're able to keep all of your fingers.

    Had my first hater today

The last and only time I was given a thumbs down was from some guy on a rat bike. Seriously, it was totally dirty/rusty and looked like 1920's vintage. He was also wearing old leather aviator headgear with goggles. I just couldn't stop laughing. Made my day actually.

Who has avoided things with the front wheels, but forgot the rear?

Yes, but after the first couple of potholes, I've become fairly proficient at threading the needle.

How do I pull up members in specific state

I don't think there's an easy way to do that. It would be easy enough to do a copy and paste of user names for Hawaii with only 12. ;)
