• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Loved the Phoenix orange I thought I would hear more people raving about that color last year as it was a first Race Orange color for the Spyders. I think the Deep Marsala is going to be a big a favorite color this year and the Glacier blue while I think looks good I think it will become more...

Belt Tension at rest vs. driven

I thought the same about the heat, Can the heat change the sonic wave but tension has not changed? and I also thought it would stay in range. I know a lot of people use kricket (krikit? I thought) I'm fortunate enough to borrow a sonic tension gauge but i would think the kricket would respond...

Belt Tension at rest vs. driven

So put a new belt on and aligned it and set tension per the service manual. 450 +-150N. So I had set at 460-470N on the mic gauge. After I went for drive 1/2 mile 0-100plus mph and back. Re set mic gauge and it read consistently at 620-630N waited 15 mins rechecked again... consistently around...

    Gear position sensor behind sprocket

Thanks for the follow up on that thread from 2009, big help for sure. I had a conversation with a platinum BRP tech on this issue and he mentioned everything you hit in your thread. He also noted that you can get to the GPS without removing the sprocket but much easier and faster to remove the...

    Gear position sensor behind sprocket

Thanks everyone, do you think if when washing the bike it would extend the life of the switch doing a extra clean on it? Dielectric grease reapplication couldn't do any harm? Seems like close to my oil change my shifting has problems to R then check transmission comes and goes. Sent from my...
