• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Excesisve heat from right side of RT

Heat is always a big concern coming out the radiator port. But that being said I work in shorts and often ride to work in them. Never long rides from home. There are many ideas to help with the heat from the furnace hole.

1330 CAT delete for the RT

I put one on and ran it for a very short time and the wife could smell the exhaust more so I took it back off and went stock. Posted that pipe on here for sale and after repeated bashings I took it down. :hun: Seems the people that praise it don't like it being mocked.........even though a few...

    2014 RT Tupperware removal

Nope, your gonna have to remove the frunk. The lights actually mount inside there and you will have to partially disassemble the frunk as well to get to the mounting locations.

    The Covered Bridge

We had that happen to one of the last remaining "double barrel" bridges left in Ohio. When the money was raised to restore it they moved it into town, not the same but it is still with us.

Didn't BRP release a video claiming something like 260 miles per tank? I'm not even getting close to 200 on mine, more like 160 to 170 per tank. I only have 2k miles on it though.......

I'm at my breaking point with gas fumes from my 2012 RT-S :(

The canister-ectomy is a Band-Aid and will not fix the issue it only eliminates the storage "place" for the fumes to collect. The root cause of all these issues is HEAT on the fuel tank. I had a new 13 RTS with major issues with heat, fumes, dripping gas and tried a few "home fixes" without...

    Russell saddle , owners.

Same boat here, my wife hates the stock seat and the BRP comfort seat is no better either. I'm also considering a Russel seat but the wife just want's me to get rid of the spyder and go back to a Wing trike. May have to if I can't get her to ride in comfort.

    vee rubber

I could believe that the insurance companies could reject a claim for "non-motorcycle" tires. Their primary goal is to save the company money and that would be a sure way to NOT pay a claim. They are now getting your cell-phone records as well to make sure you were not texting in a accident...

I got one already cut off that i'll sell you. I had this on my 13 RTS till I moved up to a 14 RTS. GOT A CALL FROM BRP ON FRIDAY

Everyone that drops out by replacing the spyder with a newer one is one less person they have to deal with. If they would have stepped up sooner most people would have been ok with the fact that they was working on a solution. I personally got tired of the dealer blaming me, or telling me that...

Al three upgrades: JT's air filter, cat bypass & after market exhaust?

If your ok with the exhaust now then it should not be a problem. As stated above the air filter will make little difference as the engine will only take in the air it needs but the exhaust will have the most effect on leaning out an engine.
