• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

TricLED Sequential LED Turn Signals & Running Lights - Anyone else having issues??

Has not been our experience. MUCH better customer service from Lamonster Garage and Spyderpops. Still failing. Get the Show Chrome ones from Spyderpops.

Forever mystified by Can Am's lack of style...

This is why I was happy to buy my new F3 in factory primer finish. Was nice of them to have it prepped and ready for my custom color.

2025 Improved Sea to Sky Tires, how are they?

They are still crappy Kenda tires. Just different crappy Kenda tires. MUCH better options available when replacement time comes. We much prefer Yokohama replacements but there are other good ones too.

2019 F3 T - How to access the bolt on the front of the rear caliper? Exhaust and brackets are in the way.

No need to remove the exhaust. Just jack up the Spyder from under the rear of the frame to remove the weight and the rear axle will drop far enough to get to the caliper bolt.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

OEM plugs are just fine. I am a Spyder tech and have literally done hundreds of oil changes. Using the correct tools and torque, they come right out, go right in, and don't leak. The one in your photo was significantly over torqued when installed. The same will happen with a hex head version...

Cruise control not working after replacing switch - does it need to be coded with BUDS to work? Any ideas?

The right control cluster does not need to be initiated in BUDS when replaced. Only the throttle sensor does. You could also use BUDS to diagnose the switch inputs to see what is not working.

Anyone found a Wireless Car Play/Android Auto Adapter that works with 2024 and up Spyders?

Just in case anyone was wondering, the new Ottocast P3 Pro that just came out does not work with the Spyders either. Still batting .000

CB Radio - UHF or 27Mhz, how is it done so I can use the PTT button on the handlebars??

Years ago, BRP had a CB radio option. It was a dealer installed kit that integrated into the OEM system. Long since out of production and no longer available. There is no way to integrate the factory PTT button into an aftermarket radio system since it communicates with the bike using CANBUS...

Anyone installed a Sirius XM radio receiver on their RT? Any hints?

The 2024 and up Spyders have no provision for hardwired AUX or GPS audio inputs. They are BLUETOOTH only.

Looking for a good GPS - Touring, no off road. Considering Garmin Zumo XT - thoughts?

There is no provision to wire in an audio device like your Garmin on the 24 and up Spyders. They are bluetooth ONLY for audio I/O.

Anyone found a Wireless Car Play/Android Auto Adapter that works with 2024 and up Spyders?

You missed the part that the navigation is on the BRP GO tab. BRP GO is NOT coming to the Spyder line up as stated elsewhere on the BRP site. It was replaced with Apple Car Play.

Anyone found a Wireless Car Play/Android Auto Adapter that works with 2024 and up Spyders?

None of this applies to the Spyder, only the electric bikes. Apple Car play replaces BRP GO for the Spyders. Ordered one from Amazon and tried it. Does not work. It MIGHT for Apple Car Play but for Android Auto, no go. It connects to the bike and gives setup screen, I connect my android...

Anyone found a Wireless Car Play/Android Auto Adapter that works with 2024 and up Spyders?

There is no update coming to add Android Auto to Spyders - Period. Google no longer supports Android Auto on motorcycles. This is why it's also no longer included on Harley, Indian, or Honda bikes either. BRP has confirmed this as well. IT'S NOT COMING.

Thanks. I ordered one and will give it a try. Fingers crossed.

Can Am Spyders Resale value isn't great...

Actually, allowing for inflation, pricing has not changed all that much. I paid under $18k out the door for my 2024 F3S. Just $3k rise in 16 yrs.

Is it possible that BRP Corporate records on the Sprocket Recall have not been updated?

Easy to tell if the final sprocket recall was done. The sprocket will be grey, not white or black.

Anyone know where I can get a Blank (Non Transponder Key) for a Base Can-Am Canyon?

Does this blank also fit the Spyders? Will the Ilko X270 not fit a Canyon? I keep a small stock of the X270 keys on hand for customers. I know it fits the current 2025 Spyders, but I have not tried one of them on a Canyon.

Can you show us how you installed the power cables for your heated gear?

Currently Kemimoto, as I just could not justify the cost of Klim. I love my Klim jacket, gloves, and over pants, but the heated gear just seemed overpriced for the small improvement in quality. Very happy with the Kemimoto heated liner and gloves. Even if they only last a couple of seasons, I...

Trading in my Ryker, it's time for an F3-T - what issues should I be looking for/concerned about?

All 2015 and '16 F3 models got the large sprocket, none got the top case, not even the Limited. In 2017, the Limited got the top case, both F3T and L got the smaller sprocket just like the RT, and have remained so since that time. ALL F3S models have had the large sprocket and that model still...

Can you show us how you installed the power cables for your heated gear?

Battery tech has advanced so far the the last 10 yrs that corded heated gear is no longer necessary. My heated jacket liner runs 8hrs on a battery and I can quickly swap batteries if needed. Similar for my heated gloves. Move up to the 21st century.
