• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    We tried that, didn't work but good thought ;). the problem is that the vibration of riding juggles the kill switch, which is really touchy. You just brush your finger across it with a feather touch and it shuts down.

    My engine does not overheat either, it never had. Is the heat from the engine building up in the engine compartment due to lack of air flow that caused the problem. . The new 2014 air flow panels alleviate that problem, allowing for proper air flow.

    The engine temp has everything to do it - lack of air flow is the problem ... all that heat had no place to go until they installed the 2014 Air Flow Panels on my ST. My panels got up to 182 degrees at one point. Now they are a reasonable temp.

    Many of us have had the kit installed on our 2013 ST models - Air Flow PANELS. I never had heat on the right foot, mine was on the left and I still get a small amount but over all it's awesome, and no more worry my engine components getting fried.

    I also go newly designed the 'airflow panels' that are on the 2014 ST's. They do form a (sort of) scoop but nothing like is on the RT. I'm not sure why they told you "no new panels" because that's exactly what they are ... a new design. And you'll definitely enjoy the end to the heat problem...
