• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Fieldsheer Mesh jacket

Looking at past posts about mesh jackets I came across 1 reference to Fieldsheer. The reviews mostly seemed to be very positive except for a couple about the rain proofing. Do any of you have experience using the High Temp Fieldsheer Jacket in rainy conditions. Did it preform well? A couple...

9,000 mile oil change and service

Just took my 2015 RTL to dealer for oil change, my oil, and recommended 9000 service. I was told that it was 4 hrs to do this. This seems excessive to me and I was just wondering if this is in line with others that have the 1330. I also need a new rear tire and was told that was 2 1/2 hrs to...

    FOBO question

Those of you that have FOBO, where do you set the high side and low sensor? I have mine set at 1.5 lbs above recommended front and 4 above rear. On my trip to Charleston, SC on hot days the alarm was ringing frequently especially the rear tire. Its amazing how much pressure can build up in a...

    Eye protection

What style of eye protection do you use. I have a 3/4 helmet and I usually just put on my Foster Grants and away I go. Been reading that I should think about using something a little tighter around eye to keep them from drying out so much. And I should use yellow day as well as night.

    Cat Bypass loadness

I know there is a video someplace of the volume of the cat by-pass with baffle of stock on a 1330 RT but couldn't find it. Please direct me there. Or give your opinion. My wife is dead set against the by-pass because of the volume as she is seated right above pipes. Trying to assure her that...

    Lighted Bumperskid

I'm considering a lighted bump skid but have some concerns over the lights being broken by road trash, rocks, curbs or roadkill. Just wondering how these skids are working out for those that have them? Has anyone gotten the skid with the groove and attached their own light string? This would...

How do I operate ECO Mode?

SpyderAnn01 posted January 2014, "I was reading the 2014 Owners Manual (don't ask how or I may have to kill you) and I couldn't find anything on how to operate Eco mode. Also I could only find one reference to what RPM to shift at and that was in the section where they tell you how to practice...

    BajaRon anti sway bar

I have a BajaRon anti sway bar on my 2013 RT. I am dealing with a local dealer on a new 2015 RT. Part of the negotiation is to transfer sway bar. They eyeballed it and said that the sway bar on the 15 was the same as the Baja on my 13. After all that, did Can Am change the diameter of the...

    What am I overlooking?

As I compare the specs of 2015 and 16 RT SE I see only 2 noticeable mechanical upgrades. The ABS brakes is a big 1 and a long time coming. And an Android compatible output. Is there anything else?
