• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wisconsin Soar (SPYDER OWNERS AND RIDERS) RENDEZVOUS

The Wisconsin SOAR group had a Rendezvous Saturday 24 Aug. We had some spyder games, some raffles, sorry give aways, some food, some music. We had a great time with people from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and a couple other states. We had a great time and I'm sure we will have another next...

Saved a ton of money today.

I saw a bike going down the road, it had 2 wheels up front and one in the rear, it was shiny and cool looking. I thought I should get one of those bikes, something shiny and cool. So I looked it up and that bike was a Spyder. I said to myself "self, don't I have one of those?" Turns out that...

Jcsmoke.com turned 5 yesterday and we had a huge bash and a huge sale. So in preparation for that I have been working extra long hours. The Spyderlovers family had to take a backseat so I could get things organized. You can see my ugly mug on the YouTube page for Johnson creek, I hosted a...

    Elka stage 1 preload question.

I have the shocks installed and am about to install the sway bar and re-locators. The question is: How do, and how much do you change the preload on the shocks. I am sure someone has posted something about this but I have found nothing in searching. Thanks for the help.

Bob you are barred from replying to this thread! A group of us were talking about post numbers and Bobs huge numbers, then it dawned on Reggy that Bob must have an auto reply on his SL account.:roflblack: if he replies to this then we know its true.

Google maps to Garmin Maggie Valley rides.

I am wondering if anyone knows how to get a google map route (such as the ones posted by BRP for owners event) into the Garmin? I am really attempting to keep from throwing the computer to the ground for not cooperating. My IT guy gets really red in the face when I do that (I know from actual...

    Cicadas at Maggie valley

Does anyone know if this area will be affected by 1 million/acre of these little things. Just thinking that at 60 mph the spyder beauty show will be somewhat sloppy:barf: not to mention those folks who ride without helmets may find it difficult to do anything. I may have to find peel off visor...

    Unanticipated Spyder costs.

So after a couple of years I was thinking of the costs of a spyder and then the unanticipated costs. Please add to the list. Lawn care people---I kept on losing gardening equipment as the lawn grew a mifi----- so I could access internets when on the longer trips patches and flag money AAA----...

How much voltage to start the Spyder

Ok so I have a 2011 RTS and when I was talking to Lamont at Spyder fest he was curious when I told him that at 11.7V I could not start the bike but at 12.7V it started right up. The fact is that I can start the bike at 11.9V but not at 11.7V. So the question is: Has anybody kept track of the...
