• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am sure this addressed somewhere in the owners manual, but I know someone here can answer this question sooner that I can find it in the manual. We want to trailer my Spyder to Georgia and then ride the Florida coastline. What is the weight distribution on a Spyder? Is it heavier toward the...

Another question about fuel tank capacity

I am sure this has been addressed before, but I couldn't find it, so here goes? According to every thing I've read, my GS has a fuel tank capacity of about 7 gallons. While ryding today I panicked because my low fuel light came on and we were out in the sticks; found a gas station and filled...

A buddy posted on Facebook on Saturday that he had made his first ride of the season. My response..."slacker, I've been riding for the past four days." Now, I'm just...

Condition of US 27 Michigan to Florida

I'm trying to talk hubby into riding (I have a Spyder, he has a Honda) from Michigan to Florida via US 27. Our only concern is that here in Michigan (especially to the north) US 27 isn't very well maintained and the Michigan winters have been very hard on it. Has anyone traveled this route (or...

    Mounting a GPS Unit

    Looking for Lansing Area Riders

I am a female spyder ryder. My hubby has a Honda VTX1300R. We are always looking for someone to ride with. We are both young retirees, so our rides are not limited to the weekends. We prefer to ride the "back roads" and make stops in small towns along our route. If you would like to join us...
