• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do I need a pad spacer when Changing Front Brake Rotors?

Want to change OEM rotors to EBC's. After loosening calipers, before sliding off the rotor, is there room for a spacer to keep the pads open? Is there even a need for a spacer? There may be a U Tube on this, but I couldn't find it.

When did you replace your belt tensioner Roller? Coming up on 15K shortly and thinking ahead about when to change the roller. What is general opinion when to do this? Have to order some other stuff from Lamonster and thinking on ordering a roller while I'm at it.

    Odometer Won't Clock/Turn Over - any thoughts?

On a ride this morning I noticed the odometer lacked about 150 miles before turning over to 10K. On way home his afternoon, about 10 miles from home, I noticed it was reading 9999.9 so I watched it frequently, wanting to see it clock over, but it never did. Sitting in shed now with 9999.9...

Will RonBar help with Drifting on Secondary Roads with Crowns?

My '22 RT tracks exceptionally well on good roads but on secondary roads, which are old with some crowning and unevenness, it seems to wander about more than my previous F3T which had the RonBar. Not bad, but just wondering if a Bar will help? PS: I know this subject has been covered a lot...

Don't use a Torx when you should use an Allen

Did the first oil change on my '22 RT today and having done about a zillion changes since 2011 figured I had my tools sorted. Dumped the engine oil with a Torx and all went well. Went to drop the transmission plug, also with a torx, and reamed it pretty good before I realized I should have...

Are Show Chrome Risers Matte or Gloss?

I've asked two vendors; one said they "thought" they were matte; other one did not respond. Some pics make them look glossy. I know Lamonsters risers match OEM, but lean toward Show Chrome because they have 3 minor adjustments, but do not want glossy risers. Can anyone who is using Show...

Will these wheels fit on '20-up RT's? Say's they are for RS models only. I don't care for the solid black wheels on mine. https://leadersrpmshop.com/can-am-spyder-roadster-rs-mag-front-wheels-set-metallic-grey-new-oem/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyvv3h7S9_gIVTebjBx2g6AXQEAQYCSABEgJPCPD_BwE

Looking for Gerbing type Port that is spring loaded

Can anyone point me to a similar "port" which has a spring loaded cover? I've had this kind in years past and the cover tended to break off. Have also had one spring loaded but can't remember where I got it. I'm not concerned about the plug in wire shown below; just the port itself...

    Anyone Using "Hotwired" brand Gloves?

Bought a set, the type with a button on top that can be set on low, med, and high. Assumed they would work connected to my Gerbing jacket wires, powered via the Gerbing controller. Found out today that they do not....or at least I couldn't make them work. They would flash, on high, with...

Are Belt Tensioners installed on new bikes same as they used to be?

Just wondering if BRP had updated them when they began installing as a factory build, as opposed to those they used to sell as an accessory? Can't seem to find them on the fiche to compare part numbers. Just a matter of curiosity on my part. FWIW, I've read all the pros/cons about use of...

I get the belt loosened to where I want it, tighten the axle nut, and the belt tightens! Every time! Have gone thru this a half doz times now. I might have got it right today, purely by luck, as it rode well with no obvious vibrations, but I still need to torque the nut up more. Getting...
