• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi folks People know that my wife and I are spyder lovers and fans. We've always had excellent customer service from both our dealer and BRP. We have owned (2) RS models in the past and own and drive our 2010 RT regularly. Last spring we decided to buy the trailer for our RT. After taking it...

Folks Been a while since I've posted. My wife and I each had an rs but know own one RT. I bought the matching trailer last year. Lost panel? New RT..Carlos Help

Has anyone lost a panel while riding? I removed a couple of panels from my new RT-S looking for a path to route my GPS wiring. Upon replacing the panels the last panel to be replaced is the small one where your check you oil level. It inserts into 3 grommets. After replacing the panels I tugged...

    Pulling panels?

The doubled ended tool for removing my panel screws isn't working. The larger end is fine but the smaller end will not fit the smaller screws. What toolbit and size do I need to remove them? I'm trying to route a power cable for my GPS and ran into this problem. Thanks in advance.:dontknow:

    RT creep issue

We have 240 miles on our new RT. Just lately the clutch is not disengaging fully when I stop and the bike stalls. My wife suggested that I be certain that the throttle was fully closed when braking. I took my right hand off of the throttle when coming to a full stop. This was not the problem...

    Blue RT.....new one for us

My wife and I have finally decided to get a blue RT next week. We will be getting rid of our RS's. I drove an RT for 300 miles a few weeks ago and went on two rides today taking turns riding and driving. If anyone has a blue one a pic would be nice to see.

    Carrying a radio controlled plane

My other hobby is flying r/c aircraft. I wanted the option of carrying a plane to the local park on the spyder. This is what I came up with. I tested it this morning and it worked well. I haven't gone faster than 35mph with the plane on board. The plane might self destruct going faster.

    Beautiful in Shiner, TX

For all you stuck in the snow (we use to be) thought you could dream of being on yesterday's ride from the San Antonio/Houston areas for a ride to Shiner, TX where we all went for lunch. It was a cloudless, sunny day and got to 71 degrees in the afternoon. Beautiful wide open expanses and a...

    Creep? SE5

How many have experienced creep? The idle appears normal at 1350 but yet the bike will move forward in first if you let off the brake (SE5). It's not a real problem. The bike sometimes does it in stop and go traffic but has done it other times too. It is not jerky or anything when it does this...

    Tank finish protection

I just added clear contact paper to the tops of our gas tanks. We're both using cortech aftermarket tank bags. Our dealer noticed them and said they have seen tank finishes marred by bouncing and shifting bags over time and suggested the above. This may be old news here but thought I would...

    Our new machines!

My wife and I planned on getting an RT but decided that just wouldn't work since neither of us would be very good passengers. Sooooo we bought two spyder sports. Hers is yellow and mine is red. You know how you need service and an oil change at 625 miles? I managed to put on 581 miles in the...
