• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Stator Replacement

Well, my system is only generating 12 volts at operation RPM of 4000 rpm, should be at least 13.5. It does not throw an error, and the bike just died, its been throwing me odd nonsense codes I cannot track down, and now I know why. My question is, how bad is the stator job? Will I need and...

Charlotte (My 2012 RS-S) vs Powerplant Road to Hwy 141 to Naturita CO

Hello again!!! I promised that during this mess since I have direct access to MILES of local rides with amazing scenery, I would take weekly videos and post them. I am in fact working on getting an action cam (Go Pro), so I can fix all the issues with taking videos on an OLD S3 phone in an...

Social Distancing Western Slope Colorado style

Went out yesterday, and took this, its on an S3 on my bar, yea, I am getting a GoPro, but I decided that as long as I am isolated, and I can ride, I will keep videos coming in of my local loops and canyons, give people something to watch besides Virus stuff. Awesome History of Can Am and a nice Ryker Review mixed in

This is one of the better videos I have seen. I am sure it has been posted here before, but I thought it would toss it out here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2Mu0jcPIUY&feature=share&fbclid=IwAR1T4km4X3goufq0CCy2ylduMaCLWL1vuZdAD97TRbcwdQOvEHl285FQMC4 Beauty....

New Xenon Headlights, and RIVCO Bar Risers

I cannot believe the difference inthe ride with the Bar Risers. They actually widened the bar for me, and the comfort level went through the roof too. No more "front leaning rest" on the bar, and the wider stance is so much easier to steer at speed. The new Xenon Lights are concentrated white...

    More Projects

Tomorrow I am doing the Ergonomic Foot Peg Extensions so my wife will not be so cramped up on the back of my RS-S. I will also be starting on the RIVCO Handlebar Risers, and the BRP Xenon Light Kit for the Can AM Roadster. I tested the headlights tonight in the Canyon when I tested my air...

998cc JT Spyder Store's CnC Machined Air Intake

FInally got this installed today, and was able to start and run it with no error codes. It sounds awesome, I for one like the engine "inhale" that comes from a nice free fflowing air intake, it gives the motor a bit of life in my book, my pipes are like 96 dbs anyway, whats a whisper on top of...

    Power Tip on Exhaust

I have the Two Brothers M2 V.A.L.E. exhaust on my 2012 RS-S, and its a bit loud. SO I ordered and received a P1-X Performance Tip and Sound Suppressor and installed it today on my can. I have to say its a big help. There was a just a weeee bit too much POP or Bang behind the M2 as it came out...

    New Toys on the Way

I was able to sell off the older model 1997 BMW F650 Funduro today to a young active couple. They are outdoor adventure types, and wanted a bike that was designed for them, the Funduro was a perfect fit, and they loved the test ride. Long story short. I was able to gt the remaining items left...

Two eBay fails - Hand Brake and Kruzer Kaddy

The brake kit was incomplete, and I had to send it back, it was missing the main frame that the PO accidentally left on their machine on trade in, but without a mount, I cannot use the ISCI kit, you are paying for the machining of that bracket, but the brake parts like the cylinder, the...

Winter Itch has Set In Big Time

So waiting for the cold snap to snap. Even here in Southern Colorado, we are in the grips of our winter chill. It really will only be two more weeks til I can ride long distances. I still take the Can Am out on my errands and make sure she is good and warmed up. I managed to get all of my...

    ISCI Hand Brake

Well, I had an ISCI delimna today. And I think I arrived at the correct conclusion. I had made arrangements from a vendor to hold a set of armrests NOS of the ISCI Armrests for the Spyder RS-S. Well I contacted the seller who agreed to hold it until today, I sent him 8 messages, not one...

RIVCO Highway Bars and Floorboards (HWY Bars are available)

I own a 2012 Can Am RSS, and was led to believe by RIVCO directly that the 2012 model will allow you to mount BOTH the Hwy Bars and the IVCO Floorboards, so I got both. It turns out that unless you want to immediately modify the mount plates for the Hwy Bars, the installation of both products...
