• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My Sad Spyder Story - 2022 F3 needs a new engine!

I put 40k miles on my 08 Spyder in 2 years. BRP sent a new engine out when it blew at 21k, but after that I had problem after problem. I ditched the Spyder and switched to a Ninja for 80k and a Z900 for 70k. So I'm now at the point where my knees might let go whenever I stop the Z, so I sold...

Any reason not to Connect heated gear to acc outlets on 2022 F3?

Is there any reason not to connect my heated vest to one of the "Customer Accessories" outlets on my F3 base? Tourmaster wants me to connect direct to the battery, but the outlets would be so much simpler and would not be hot until I'm moving.... Thanks for any input! Getting on the Spyder...

    Thanks to RPM in Denver

Well, they may or may not be the highest volume dealer in the US, but they sure were nice to this rider last week. I was passing through Denver and needed an oil change. Stopped in and they rearranged their maintenance work for the following morning ( when I was leaving for Alamosa) to do the...

International Cycle show - San Mateo

Anyone going besides us? My son and I will be there by about 9:309. Hope to see some more Spyder folks at the BRP tent -- not to mention the new RT.

    Engine blown...

Blew the engine at 21000+ miles. Running back form Bay area to SActo, engine puttered and almost died while I was pleasantly tooling along at 70 on I80. Check Oil light came on, but no other messages on the display. Took it off the freeway, cooled it down to 2 bars ( from 5 -- temp reading...

    Dealer Recommendations Baltimore MD?

I'm heading out East on June 1 from Calif and expect to need an oil change around Baltimore, MD. I've got the list of dealers, but does anyone have experience with these guys? I'd like to know which would be the best dealer to take it to. Just had the 12000 mile service done and paid 458 for...

    Help-Changing back to stock exhaust

I've got a Two Brothers pipe on and it is way TOO LOUD - ca't hear myself think! I've tried the P1R silencer -- no help. Have the P1 on order but don't think it will silence enough. I was looking to remove the pipe and put the stock pipe back on. However, I notice that there is no header...
