• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Come on BRP it's time to announce the owners event

BRP needs to announce the BRP owners event location and time. I don't understand the delay. Any event this size has to be locked up months in advance. I think they should consider listing 2 or 3 years events in advance.Have a contract with different locations on a rotational basis. I was a...

    Spyderlovers people

:clap:I have to say it's the Spyderlovers people that make this a great forum. We have 2 Spyders and really like riding them in the curves but for dependability and long distance riding nothing comes close to the Goldwing Trike. We have both, but really enjoy the camaraderie of the Spyderlovers!

    No longer stuck in Albuquerque

I am no longer stuck in Albuquerque. My bike sheared the gears on the output shaft from my dealer in Illinois installing my new belt too tight. I was able to ride to Durango on the back of Reggy's bike. Yes, I took a lot of jibes about that, but at least I didn't miss out on a great time at the...

Watch your speed going through Illinois

For all Spyderlovers who like to ride fast, beware of the new Speed Law in Illinois that went into effect Jan. 1, 2011. If you are caught going 30 mph over the posted speed limit it is a $1500.00 fine and a possible jail sentence of 6 months ( Most likely jail time for repeat offenders), if you...
