• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Pics: MLB's Rear Luggage Rack & I trimmed my F3-T's butt.

Pics: MBL's Rear Luggage Rack & I trimmed my F3-T's butt. A little plastic surgery ;) and a butt tuck is done. I like the change, the greater exposed tire.

    The couple that sweats together...

My wife is grumbling about the sweat patch that's forming between us, my lower back and her belly, when we're riding together. I think it's just something we have to live with, she thinks there's a solution. Any thoughts? Any solutions?

Just showing off a new design.

I'm really happy with this one... I've been asked not to supply sales links since I'm not a forum sponsor. I can respect that so I'm just showing off.

Tool to remove those @#!!& plastic pegs?

So those grumble-grumble plastic pegs all over the bike are a real pain. I was using the tip of my pocket knife to pry the center peg up until I jammed my knife tip under my finger nail. A screwdriver works but it doesn't grip well and I end up almost beheadng the fastener. Is there a good...

    Moving the passenger pegs outward

My wife says she'd like another two inches for her feet to be apart. She's being nice because the real problem is the husband in front of her that has a wide butt. Still - anybody have a good, safe method for pushing the rear boards out about 2" each? -B

This fell off my bike. Anybody recognize it?

This fell off my F3-T while I was under it replacing the sway bar. Any idea what this cap is supposed to cover? It seems to have a barbed tab to, perhaps, grip some sort of clip and the other half is filled with some sort of porous sponge stuff.

    Torx: English or Metric?

So, clearly, if I'm going to wrench on this puppy, I've got to buy a torx set. Reading some of the how-to's, I can't figure if I need to get an english or metric set. Advice, please? -B

First 200 miles on my first Spyder. Motorcycle to Spyder impressions.

So I just completed my first 200 miles on my new F3T Spyder after riding 2 wheels for a decade. I chose the Peak-to-Peak highway up to Estes Park, CO and then back home. This route take me through maybe 4000 feet of elevation changes and has a lot of twists and turns without being overly...

    Kuryakyn grips on F3?

The new u-fit system has one-inch bars. The Kury ISO groups are good for 1-inch bars. Anybody try fitting the Kury grips to the F3? I took my new F3T for a 200 mile ride yesterday and, among other issues, it's clear the grip diameter is too small and I miss my throttle boss lever. The left...

Anybody know which panel they hid the GPS input under for the F3-T's NAV input? I've marked it in red on the diagram. -B

    Duck & weave. Newbie Q's

I just picked up my F3T from the dealer this morning and ride it the 70 miles home (30 miles of it was 46-degrees and drizzle but...) As I brake hard the nose seems to dive surprisingly fast. Corners were jerky, the suspension seeming to collapse then bounce back up. I'm a big rider, do you...

I love you guys... I hate you guys....

I haven't taken delivery yet. I'll pick my F3-T up Saturday morning. You've all been so helpful so far and I appreciate that. However... However... I'm going to get four packages in the near future from Lamonster because I'm already starting to customize. It's NOT EVEN HERE YET!!! I blame...

    Shop Manual for F3-T?

Is there a shop manual drifting around the internet someplace? For my Kawasaki I had a PDF version which I refer to a lot while wrenching. If not, is there a simplified manual, one that just tells me how to do the usual stuff, like a Chilton's or Haynes? -M

Haven't even taken delivery of the F3-T and already have questions (zumo, grips, pegs

So we just put the deposit down on an 2016 F3-T yesterday. We'll take delivery in a week or two once I complete the bank process. I already have questions. I hope you folks can help out. I have a Garmin Zumo 660 on my current bike I want to move. Unless there's a benefit to the expensive...
