• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Theraputic January ryde

I was able to get 60 miles of ryding in today, January 19, after some very cold winter weather. Lots of motorcycles out and I saw one red Spyder on Kansas Hwy 5 by Leavenworth. 64 degrees out makes me hungry for spring and summer. Major Finder

    68 degrees on December 31, 2011

It was 68 degrees on December 31, 2011 and no snow in eastern Kansas so it was time for a ryde. The wind was brutal but there were a lot of motorcycles out. I really needed that ryde. I'm looking forward to spring and summer already. Major Finder

    70 degrees on December 30, 2010

I had a great ryde today, December 30, at temperatures between 64 and 70 degrees with NO SNOW on any roads! It felt terrific! Who would believe that we had such unseasonably warm temperatures to ryde in. I saw a bunch of other motorcycles out today enjoying the wonderful riding weather, too...

Awesome ryde in Missouri this weekend!

Saturday, my wife and I rode our Spyder from Leavenworth, Kansas, up to St Joe and on to Jamesport, MO. There is a large Amish community in Jamesport with lots of horses and buggies on the roads. We toured the shops in Jamesport and parked next to lots of the horses and buggies hitched up to...

It's time to come out of hibernation, Kansas Spyder ryders! I know we have some Spyders in Manhattan, Topeka, and Lawrence and Leavenworth so I am thinking we should do a "Meet and Eat" in Topeka sometime. If anybody wants to suggest a time and place to meet and eat some Saturday or Sunday...

Lincoln, Nebraska Spyder ryders met at Culver's

Four of us Spyder owners met Friday night at one of the local Culver's during an informal car show. We had two yellow ones, a silver one, and a red one parked together with some hot rods and classic cars. Most of us met each other for the first time Friday and were surprised that none of us had...

    2 Spyders in Lincoln

Fellow Nebraskans, I know there are two Spyders in Lincoln. My yellow one and a silver one owned by some nice folks. I think there is one in Wahoo, Nebraska, too, from checking the BRP map. I have never seen any on the roads in Nebraska, yet, but hope to see other ryders soon. It's good to...
