• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone had the ACS Air compressor replaced?

Just told yesterday I need a new air compressor for the suspension. It is making a load noise and dissipates as engine warms up. Cost of small pump is $400. Just watched video of installation and was staggered. Must remove all tupper ware plus saddle bags, seat top box and rear splashguard...

We need to get some new Rallys going...

We need to get some new Rallys going. I am getting bored. Talked to Joe and Ann Meyer the other day and they certainly agree. It gives me a chance to meet new folks and gives me a good excuse to get out and go somewhere. Was hoping the Boerne/Kerville rally's would crank back up. Love to ride...

    I Motorsports and purchase.

Called I Motorsports about a new purchase and would like some feedback. Asked for Nancy who was recommended by some on this site. (Elmhurst location) She is no longer there. Talked to Jessika who seems to be good and knowledgable. Anyone purchased from them recently? They deliver and pick up...

    Itching for Texas

Starting to yearn and think of Spyder's In The Hills. Any news on this or dates? I'm planning my Fall Trips and do not want to miss this one ever! Have enjoyed all the previous gatherings. I hope some one stepped up to the plate and took this over. One of the best rallies ever! Jack

    Are Spyder sales Declining Fast?

Stoped at Ride Now Sports today for a visit. Only two F3's and five Ryker's. This is a huge dealership with over 40 dealers across the country. I asked the sales manager where the RT's were and he said there were none and very little sales of the F3. Also stated Ryker sales are at a standstill...

    Durango Fires

Well on our way back from the Three Wheel Rally in Deadwood we were planning a stay in Durango at the Alpen Rose RV park. (a wonderful place to RV BTW) Looks like fires are increasing around Durango and the Million Dollar Highway has been closed for at least a week. (HWY 550) Starting to plan...

What a relief, Checked the Forum and not one Oil, Tire, or how much air do you use posts. And dare I mention not one comment from Mike. Nice quiet Sunday afternoon. I commend you all! Jack

    Globe AZ Spyder Ride In

Have not seen anything here about the Globe AZ Ride In so thought I would mention it. The Tombstone Ride in was a big success as I believe this will be. Many interesting rides around Globe and Miami the sister city. Looking forward to a great time. Globe Spyder Ride In--March 16-17-18th. Be...

    New Toy Hauler

Well I spent some of my kids retirement today! Just traded in my Forest River Work & Play for a new Forest River Shockwave T29KSDX. Thirty six feet long with all the creature comforts and will haul my Spyder and Maverick with ease. I will have to be careful putting it in the Hanger. My hanger...

    Which Spyer Rally's?

Where am I going this year to enjoy my Spyder? Starting out with the Tombstone AZ Rally. This should be a great low key event that takes place where all the history of the old West was centered. Jan. 12-13-14th Spring event is open for suggestions. ( been to Spyderfest several times) Want...

    Tombstone AZ Winter Rally

Just made reservations at Tombstone RV park in Tombstone for the Spyder Winter Ride January 12, 13, 14. This will be a great ride for those who are and are not familiar with the great Southeast Arizona history and culture. Tombstone RV park is just one mile from the center of Tombstone AZ...

Red Rocks Rally to Deadwood Rally

Disappointed there will not be a "Spyder's In the Red Rocks" for 2018. Katlyn certainly deserves a break and plans to reconvene in 2019. We have certainly enjoyed all her Spyder gatherings (6) on the West part of the Country. Thanks for all the wonderful times Katlyn. While Katlyn is getting...

    Ready for the Rallys

Anyone starting to get anxious and preparing for the trip to "Spyder in the Red Rocks" at St. George UT Sept 26-29. May have to bring the Giant Schnauzers. Our house sitter got called up to Texas and Florida for the Red Cross. She does not know if she will be back before the 24th when we plan...

    Coming out of Winter

Well I see my "three wheeler " friends are starting to come out of the woodwork or should I say snow and ice. Posting is up a lot the last few days. Tell us what you have done to your "Spyder" today and the new rides you have planned for the summer. Me, getting all my motorsports toys ready...

    BRP Called today

Got a call from Alberta CAN this afternoon. Almost hung up when I noticed the 1-888 number. Thought it was another solicitation. It was a rep from BRP. Asked if I could answer a few questions about the Spyder for future marketing. Most were in the line of "how much would you be willing to pay on...

    Decrease in Posting

Kind of miss all the posting. Numbers have dropped off dramatically. I would assume all the Spyders except for the Lower Lower 48 are "snug as a bug in a rug". How many are fortunate enough to be able to ride year around? How many trailer there Spyders to the Lower Lower 48 to ride? I guess...

    What did I miss?

Been off line for several days. My Modem/Router WiFi went south. What did I miss other than Oil, Tires, Battery dead, Put away for the winter, Bob shooting Parrots and Oh Yea we just got a new President. Honestly my faith has been restored in the American Public. God Bless the USA. Jack
