• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dealer installed new OEM tire backwards

Soooo they installed the tire backwards and I have put about 1500 km on it since that.....they noticed it when I took it in for an oil change. I'm guessing that will affect the life of the tire?

New Airflow panels for 2013 ST-S

A very nicely worded email to BRP care advising of the heat to the right leg and asking when they were going to be made available in pure magnesium is all it took for the new panels to be made available and installed as a good will jester by BRP. I had to wait about three months but in the end...

    New BRP backrest

I broke down and ordered the new larger backrest for the Spyder from BRP. Installation of this accessory was the easiest so far as I have broken bolts on my other mods. Bracket fits into the frame inbetween the brake lights after you remove the back cover. Also have to remove the saddle bags and...

    2nd Gear Hesistation SE transmission

After spending a winter in the garage I brought out my spyder for a couple of short runs around town. Started it and let it warm up and off I go in first gear. I upshift to 2nd and the clutch is hesitating and then grabs in 2nd gear....no grinding.....just seems to hesitate for a few seconds. Up...

    Rigid Saddle bag Kit

I ordered and installed the Rigid Saddle bag kit on my ST-S over the weekend. There are signal light extensions that raise the rear turn signal lights up and above the rigid saddlebags. The OEM turn signal lights then mount on them with a cap that comes pre threaded with two screws. So I go to...

    K&N Filters for 2013 ST

I read a thread that stated that air filters for 2013's are all the same so can order the ones for either the RS or RT and they will fit the ST. I checked with K&N and they would not confirm that. Does anyone have the model number for the one that fits the ST.

Installed Heated Grips during the week

Ordered OEM heated grips for my ST-S and installed them. Installation went alright except I broke a screw on the right hand handlebar. Had enough to get a set of needle nose pliers on same but they must have put cement in there when it came from the factory. So instead of attempting to drill it...

Installed the Integrated Radio Kit on my ST over the weekend

Recieved my Radio Kit for my ST S last week and took the plunge to install it. Said on the instructions that it would take an hour. Well....lets say I was being really careful and took me the better part of an evening and the next morning. Probably would have been quicker if I could have found...
