• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Just finished installing a lighted rocker switch for powering accessories. I had previously installed a fuse block to power accessories and used a toggle switch. This will power a GPS, GoPro, trailer lights converter and a usb and cigarette lighter outlet.

    Finally got caught by the water pump oil seal failure bug! Supprizing that seals for water pumps have been around for a hundred years and today one will not last for 9000 miles! In the shop and parts will take a week. Must have been their first ever failure!

    SmoothSpyder get a big thumbs up!

    I just returned from my first test ryde after installing a belt damper from Smoothspyder and I am pleased! It got ryd of most of the vibration at the rpms it was most noticeable and annoying. Maybe a little more tweaking may make it even better. Thanks to Jim and Lamont for the advice! :thumbup:
