• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Leaning motorcycles

I watched stage one of the Paris Nice bicycle race today. At least 2 of the accompanying motorcycles had 2 wheels at the front and could lean. They also had detachable side cases at the rear. I'm sure they weren't 3 wheeled scooters but could not get a good look at them Any ideas?

    Irony - Canadian style

    1. We are advised by the Liberals to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics. Funny how that works. And another statement for consideration-- 2. We constantly hear about how CPP (Canada...

Trying to stop rear brake squeal

I have had rear brake squeal since the Spyder was new. The final straw was last week when I pulled in to gas up & the attendant came out & asked if the bike was OK as she could hear the noise as I braked to enter the service station. I know that generation 3 Can-Am rear brake pads are supposed...

    Anyone lost a cardinal

If so, there's one in my back garden singing its head off. Has to be lost, no bird in its right mind would be up here just now. Howling winds, frigid temps & the coldest winter in 20 yrs. I hope it can hang in there until the weather improves, but there's no sign of that for a while.

Not just Spyders that catch fire

"Honda Motor Co. is recalling 126,000 motorcycles for a second time because their brakes can malfunction. The recall covers Honda's GL-1800 motorcycles for model years 2001-2010 and 2012.
