• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    New Tires

Thanks Peter. I just want people to know that getting rid of the kendas and putting on new tires was arguably the most noticeable upgrade I made. What's more impressive is my OEM tires weren't worn or in bad shape. Ryde on... Mike

I've gotten a lot of comments ranging from "nice tricycle", to "that looks real comfortable", to "my son thinks that's the coolest thing he ever saw" I always smile politely and say thanks.

    New Tires

My intent is not to start any type of debate on which types, sizes or PSIs, but to share my experience with new tires: After reading many, many threads on the Kendas (how crappy they are) and what everyone else has replaced them with, I finally made the decision to put new shoes on :yes...

    Seat advice needed

I started having some butt pain and ordered an airhawk. The first time I went out on it felt fantastic, I followed instructions and sat on it while deflating until I sunk in. The 2nd time I went out was a different story. I felt like I was sliding all over the place, and generally was not...

My latest experience with - Tire Rack

I ordered the Vredestein 175/55/15 for the fronts last night. Should be delivered early next week. If I saw this post last night I would have considered ordering 165/60. But I don't think I'll regret it based on the positive comments so far.

    Living below your means

I completely know where you're coming from. I read an article a couple years ago titled "stop counting other people's money" that made me smile. If I can find the link to it I'll share it. Basically it said you see only what other people want you to see, not what's behind it. Sure, your...

Where did you get your "Handle"?

First time seeing this thread too. Back in my younger days I used to play drums. Found myself a nice limited edition Ludwig set, and it was number 12 of 45 in the world.

Hope everyone's having a good time at this. I had everything planned, hotel, my route up and back, and then the $%# hit the fan at my work and I had to cancel. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper right now and hope there will be a 2nd one that I can make.
