• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Woo Hoo!!!

Good job. Its all in the aditude. If you think about it to long it won't get done. I use some 2×8's that are flush on one end and beveled on the other and back or pull the RT up on depending on what I'm working on. 4 boards nailed together gets it off the ground 6 inches. But you need 3 sets of...

Advice and suggestions for curves and Twisties?

Yes yellow wolf knows how to ride the gap. He use to take videos of riders on the dragon. Either from the front or the rear of that wing. You just had to keep up with him. He's a really cool guy. I think now he sets on the side and takes pictures. He could probably ride it in reverse if he had to.

    I can't do this

My brain and fingers don't work that close together. About the second twist and I'd be totally lost. Even when I was young I couldn't do that darn thing. I was more interested in fast cars and girls. Or was it fast girls and cars. Trying to remember back that far is scary. Might remember...

    She should have shut up!

Knowing when to shut up needs to be the first law she writes. To bad he couldn't taz her to get her to hush. I wouldn't have had that much patience to deal with her. That is one good cop. All he could do was try to make her listen.

Advice and suggestions for curves and Twisties?

Some days you can ride it like you stole it. Others you need to ride like your paying for it. Ride what feels comfortable to you. Just don't over ride your limits. Pain hurts. Body parts are hard to replace. Some you can't. Just enjoy it. Ride safe my friend and ride often. Happy trails.

Roll call: Younger riders or riders with no health issues?

61 have had 5 Goldwing and several sport bikes. Don't like trikes with the rear wheels. Just like the rt's. Really wanted to be different.

    Black hills

Thanks to everyone. It is a lot of help. Maybe we can plan a trip to the three wheel rally. Sounds like a lot of fun. Driving a truck all your life you don't get to see much except what's out the front window. I turned 61 yesterday and I figure its time to Enjoy life more. Thanks again guys and...

    Black hills

Has anyone rode the black hills in South Dakota before. That is one of my bucket list of things to do. Just don't want to go when Sturgis is going on. What is the best time to go out there? End of summer or around the first part of fall after school starts back.

    Big Wheels on Spyders

They may look nice. But the bad part is the Tire is only half as thick as standard tires. So when they start going flat you need to get off the road faster and get stopped. I saw one run plum off the rim one day on a BMW. Not a pretty site when the rim was grinding off on the pavement at 65...

    Night riding

Are you wanting to see up the road farther. Our are you more worried about deer and stuff that might be ahead of the light range that exist on the bike so that you have time to slow down or avoid whats out there at night.

    New to Spyders

Yes try to get the RT. They ride so nice and the semi auto trans is wonderful and easy to deal with than the standard shift. And go for the 1330 engine to. Good luck on the search.
