• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Spyder Sun Shade

cheap sun shade(s)... I've had a couple so far, 1st one I made from the largest white bath towel Walmart offered, attached Velcro strips on the corners in appropriate places and attached around mirrors and grab handles-works fine but pretty bulky to store in an F3 saddle bag or frunk plus if it...

    Wire stripper tool

differant approach-- If it is a single strand of wire, try using a lighter and slightly burning it, then when it cools a little use your fingernail to pull insulation back a ways. Doesn't damage wire inside either. $.02

    Fog Lights

For Lights My wife's RT (2015) didn't appear very noticeable during daylight hours either, my friend advised me to check the alignment vertically, so I did, and that was what the problem was with them. Very noticeable now. Think they are "set low" so as not to aggravate on coming drivers from...

Greasing trailer hitch ball & coupler?

Cheap & clean method... If you don't want to attract dirt & dust, when I rode a Goldwing those guys suggested placing a couple layers of wax paper between the ball and coupler. Think it was more due to the leaning of a two-wheeler also. But hey, it works!

Sitting on a Spyder without asking? Anyone have this problem?

I want one of these and sew on some Velcro in correct spots to attach to mirror arms and grab handles. Have one currently but it is just a plain white towel--works okay just don't have any "neat factor" for my F3. http://www.cafepress.com/+beach_towel,1371818869

New Syder owner with a few questions

I think the best advise we (wifey & I) received was to "plant" the opposite foot on the floorboard or peg than that of the direction of the turn, made a world of difference to us. We were trying to "hold on" to the bars & grab handles to adjust for the g-forces. Wife kept complaining how tired...

    F3 factory bags

Got my F3 last weekend and noticed the same situation as you concerning the lock positions. I think a guy would have to...

Is the rear tire an automobile tire?

I beg to differ with you... I am on my second car tire and feel it is WAY safer than a POS bike tire that costs twice as much. Also check load ratings for a large touring bike vs. tires. Oh, and if you could, please furnish some statistics of how many "car tires" have caused crashes.
