• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fox shock & sway bar kit?

Baja Ron Sway Bar I upgraded to the Bajaron Sway bar on my 2013 ST-LTD. Made a 30% minimum difference in handling. Now I've ordered the Fox Adjustable shocks kit and we'll see if they improve the ride even more. The kit comes with a sway bar that I've offered at a reduced price to another 2013...

    KUMHO ECSTA AST tires

BRP Hits Again I ordered a Kumho tire from them, paid for it and waited patiently for it to arrive. I got a call yesterday saying they couldn't ship it to me because it was a Can Am. They said I could probably get one at a brick and mortar dealer but not on-line because of BRP. Restraint of...

    Top case

More Information There is no picture in the accessories catalog about how the top box mounts to the backrest so I don't have a clue on how it mounts. And your comment about lowering the seat doesn't make any sense...the top box is behind the passenger seat isn't it? Would like more information...

Down payment on 014 ST Limited

Sway Bar-30% Improvement I agree...just had the Bajaron swaybar and Links put on. At least 30% improvemnet in handling...and while you're at it...might as well throw on upgraded adjustable shocks too.

New Airflow panels for 2013 ST-S

New Panels I may have missed it in earlier posts, but can someone post a picture of old panels versus new panels. I'm not sure my 2013 ST-LTD has the new ones (was purchased in August of 2014). There has not been a heat problem but then all my riding before winter was in cool weather. I also...

    Help Seat stuck

Too Long and Bent Post I had the same problem but the key would not even turn in the correct position. Finally got it open and it was clear two things happened: the post had been adjusted too long and the second part of the post had gone into the seat post hole; the post itself was a little...

NEW UPDATE TO THE NHTSA INVESTIGATION

The beat goes on... I bought a 2013 ST-LTD and insisted that all issues with heat and gas smells be taken care of by the dealer before delivery. The dealer insisted that he did all that my VIN# called for. So far, I haven't had a heat issue (It's never been over 75 degrees since I bought it)...

    What is the MPG?

Depends on rpm I got high 20's (mpg's) at first until I started consistently running at ~5200 rpms...now I get 33.5 mpg on average. Should allow a safe range of ~ 180 - 195 miles. That means running at rpm's that are most efficient, not necessarily the lowest in each gear.

    Tank Bag for ST-LTD

If your wife likes it... Well, if your wife likes it, then I'm ordering it.

    Tank Bag for ST-LTD

I miss my motorcycle tank bag. Anybody find one that will work on the ST-LTD? Just a place for sunglasses, tire gauge and garage door opener.

I finally did it! Bajaron's sway bar!

Not Easygoing With a couple of busted ankles and a worried wife, the Spyder was my answer to all that, ergo a compromise to satisfy my concern for safety and my loving relationship with the "she who must be obeyed". However, compromise aside, I still want to be able to carve some canyons and...

    What's the max RPM?

Sweet Spot - 998 cc Engine I'm finding that the sweet spot for shifting in the two highest gears is 5200 rpm and for cruising at legal speeds (65-75 mph), 5500 RPM delivers the best mpg. If you get really good with the paddle sifters you can get no more than a 500 rpm drop on the up shifts...

I finally did it! Bajaron's sway bar!

Thanks for the rating Thanks for the info. 6/7 is a number worth spending some money on. In the meantime...my new rig was delivered with overinflated tires and I'll see what the difference is with them at proper inflation. After that, I'll begin looking at the bajaron solution. I'm not that...

Hookup Point for Charger and Electrics

Battery Tender Lead I thought I was going nuts there for a second. My dealer obviously didn't put a battery tender lead on there. There is a lead in the battery well but I've never seen that plug (male) before. I won't assume that it's there for hooking up a battery.

Hookup Point for Charger and Electrics

Battery Tender What brand of battery tender are you talking about? My Battery Tender is SAE and there's no connect point.

Hookup Point for Charger and Electrics

I am a new owner of a 2103 ST-LTD. I've found the battery and the secondary posts for attaching SAE wires for my trickle charger but want to know if anyone has advice about running wiring back to somewhere under the seat. I want to run my electric vest off of the SAE wiring. Could use some...

I finally did it! Bajaron's sway bar!

Evaluate the difference Can you assess on a scale of 1 to 10 the difference between stock and Bajaron's bar with 10 being a huge difference? Cost and labor need an offset in performance.

    MY NEW SIDE PANELS

Hope Springs Eternal I've made it clear that we all know about the heat issues and it makes no sense to deliver and then wait with crossed fingers that the customer has to come back and validate heat issues. But...we'll wait and see. If they in fact do fix it before delivery, I'm going to be...
