• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Glacier National Park

Actual touring of the park My wife and I did Glacier Park in August and it was beautiful. One thing you may want to consider is when you get there, just park the trike for a few hours and take one of the open top buses to tour the park. It will be much more relaxing and the driver will narrate...

    "WOW" factor ideas?

A few items to keep ahead of the competition Just coming off a BMW, some of the nice things to have on the Spyder that I miss somewhat... - Keyless Ride - LED lighting all around - 3rd Brakelight - auto locking bags - factory builtin alarm If I never had them - probably wouldn't miss them at...

    IS your BUTT SORE ????

Gel kit with heater Dave, I thought I saw your gel kit somewhere where it had a cutout for the tailbone? That is the part that aches for me after a few hours - and when travelling for days accumulates into a very sore spot. Will the gel kit help with that? Also, If I am only doing the gel on...

    BRP Cover

In combination with a larger windshield. Looks like a nice cover. Do you think it would also accommodate a larger windshield - like the one from F3 ( 2 inches higher and wider than stock) in addition to the rack - or is it pretty snug already with the rack? Thanks for any info.

    BRP Cover

Half Cover - with Show Chrome rack and larger windshield? Hi - so regarding the Nelson Riggs half cover - that does fit over the trunk with the Show Chrome luggage rack? If so, do you think it would also accomodate a larger windshield - like the one from F3 ( 2 inches higher and wider than...

    My perspective

I am in total agreement with your perspective I have almost the same setup except I have the 2016 RT Limited. I had the Tri-Axis bars installed as part of the purchase but did the BahaRon bar, Bumpskid, Corbin Armrests, and a Bluetooth option myself. You are right - it is a lot of fun to...

Glove Box Question with Corbin Seat

Ultimate question I really like the looks of the Ultimate but I read somewhere - I think on their site, that you need a rain cover for it - even when riding in the rain. We ride, rain or shine, especially on long trips, so that could be cumbersome to carry around a rain cover and stop to put...

Glove Box Question with Corbin Seat

I hate to not have a seat latch Yep - I can move the seat back but I don't want a seat that won't latch. I would think they could engineer the seat to latch and allow clearance for the glove box. Can Am does it with no problem.

Glove Box Question with Corbin Seat

So I installed my new Corbin seat today on my 2016 RT Limited - problem is that it covers the edge of the glove box so that the glove box lid will not open - unless you open the seat. Since they have been making this seat since 2010 and told me it would fit the 2016 - I have a feeling they did...

A vastly improved way to lift the Spyder ….

Thanks for the great pictures. I ordered mine last week and it was delivered in just 3 days. Workmanship is top notch and very heavy duty compared to my Craftsman aluminum jack. I ordered the air version since I was spoiled with my lift table I have used so long with my former 2 wheelers. The...

Zumo 660 with Tri-axis bars problem.

Went back to dealer this morning Turns out they are as confused as I am. So they took pictures of the mount and the GPS unit and opened a case with BRP. He said they usually respond very quickly. Their online marketing specifically states the 660 Zumo for the 2016. I told the dealer I want the...

Zumo 660 with Tri-axis bars problem.

I suspect its not unless the part number on the back is mislabeled - because when I do a search on the part number of the cradle, it shows it to be for the 660 - a real mystery. The female opening at the top of my 690LM GPS that matches to the top cradle tab is 1.5 inches wide and contains 2...

Zumo 660 with Tri-axis bars problem.

As I try to figure out the issue - I wonder if this might be the problem Looking on the can am site at the RT Limited, it shows "Zumo 660" as standard. Looking at a couple GPS sites, it shows the 660 discontinued. I wonder if the bikes are coming with 660 cradles but the 660 GPS given with the...

Zumo 660 with Tri-axis bars problem.

Can someone help me with this mystery? Just picked up my new 2016 RT Ltd which comes standard with 660LM GPS but had dealer install tri-axis bars. After I got home, I tried to mount the GPS which was still in the box in the trunk and there appears to be a mismatch between the GPS cradle bracket...

New purchase questions on 2016 RT Limited

Thanks you all for the great information and advice Thanks again to all the great suggestions and info. I have altered my accessory list for the new RT Limited as a result of the feedback I received. Instead of getting my original list of accessories at purchase from the dealer, I will cut...

New purchase questions on 2016 RT Limited

Hello all, I am new to this forum and well I think this week we will be purchasing a new 2016 Limited RT. It will be our first trike after 45 years of touring on 2 wheels. We love the many bike trips but want to try the trike experience and look forward to the benefits we think it brings for us...
