• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Cruise on F3

Yes, it is. That's what I did with my F3. You basically replace the controls on the right handlebar. I think it was around $120 for the unit plus installation. Works great. Sorry, don't have the part # handy but I'm sure someone here has it.

Just ordered Elka stage 2 rear shock

I had trouble getting my Elka Stage 2 shock as well. Paid for it the second week of April and just got it today. The box is beaten up and there is a hole in one side of the box. I am not opening it until I get to my Spyder tech guy and we will open the box together.

    LED headlights

Please, no need to apologize at all. The foglights are so easy to install (although I admit I didn't do it myself) that I also get excited when the subject comes up! :doorag:

    LED headlights

I agree, Lamont's foglight are great as far as installation but this was about LED headlights, which is a little more challenging even according to Lamont. Both Lamont and TricLED produce great products. You can't go wrong with either product.

    Anyone Try The F4 Yet?

As Ann said above, I was one of the owners that had an F4 (28") installed during Spyderfest. Have to say it made a big difference vs the BR windshield. However, I don't ride 2-up so can't speak for how it affects the passenger. Really do like this windshield.

    East Coast Posse Disbanded!

Glad you all made it home safely! Having to leave early on Friday was disappointing since I didn't have much time to meet many people. Next year there will more time for people, partying and riding!

    Coronation of King Cruzr Joe

I have to agree with Bob. Even though my visit this year was limited, Joe is a fantastic host and made me feel like part of the family at BW. I really loved the Newbie certificate and planned to have it framed!

    F3 and Knees

F3 and knees......and back and hips... SpyderSue - I finally traded my v-rod in for a Spyder when I saw how the F3 was configured. I have ridden cruisers all my life and the other style Spyders just didn't work for me (no offense to the owners, just my experience). The v-rod was a fun bike but...
