• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    the rubber gromets get dry rotted easy and need to be maintained and replaced or your panels will come loose or fall off...we spray detail spray on ours periodically to keep them plyable ...it also makes it easier to remove and put panels back on.

    my wife and i ride together all the time and have no problems with any weight shifting...we have a rts so it is a bit heavier....did you try pumping your air ride up .. we run at about 3/4 full

    take the pop rivets out and put stainless steel ones back in...not the ones with aluminum heads,,they have to be all stainless...i lost a heat shield in the hampton tunnels in virginia because of the wrong pop rivets

    How can you answer a phone on RT LTD?

    we have wireless scalarider com system and can answer and make phone calls on it just by pairing our smart phone to the com system...you only have to do it once and then it automaticely connects when you turn on the com system

    Can I use Windex as a cleaner for the w/shield and body panels?

    The best cleaner for your bike is Honda spray... it leaves an excellent shine and cleans it well... But if you have pin striping, Honda spray is not recommended because it is petroleum based... It is good for everything else, seats, windshield, wheels, the whole deal... Lemon Pledge works great...

    i am using semi synthetic in our 2010 rts ,,as long as i change it faithfully at about 3000 miles are not hard riders ,, it has never over 6000 rpms and never over 75 mph,,,it now has 16,000 miles on it.if i let it get closer to 3500 miles on it it will use a little.
