• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Short Lived Vibration

As I left the house late this morning, within the first mile of accelerating to 45 mph, I felt a vibration in the grips and could see the front fenders had a corresponding shimmy. I did a u-turn and came home to check the tire pressure. Left and right within 1/2 pound and everything else...

Locked key in Frunk 2011 RT

Glad you got this resolved. I had a fear of doing this, too. I have a cord attached to the latch and routed to a spot easily accessible behind a removable panel.

    2012 RT Leaking Battery

I think I am on the verge of replacing mine as well. I was also looking at the Batteries + as a source for a replacement. They show 3 batteries as replacements for my 2011 but none of them are "Platinum".

Here are some pictures of ?????

The water looks lower than I have ever seen it! Still, a beautiful place to stop. Also, if opportunity presents itself for a meal in Woodstock, I'd recommend The Worthy Kitchen. The food is great and a fun place.

Lost my use of the clutch

I received a letter from BRP dated June 2012 when they modified the original maintenance schedule for 2008-2012 Roadster. It came with a new booklet for the periodic maintenance schedule. If you want a copy, let me know and I can scan it.

Packing for a two day trip to Vermont

Rich, I remember reading a thread about a couple traveling the lower 48 without a trailer. They used compression bags for their clothing. Lin http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?93848-Day-14-Lower-48-No-Interstate-Tallahassee-to-Sarasota&highlight=Laundry

    Back rest installation

The installation is pretty straight forward for the Utopia. Follow the instructions. Plug any openings with rags so hardware cannot fall into the black holes. Measure, mark and review the instructions. Repeat. Repeat again. The hardest part is summoning the nerve to make the cut. Are you...
