• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Tumeric, Ginger Root, Bromelain. Try to stay away form the Tramadol as its a narcotic. Just had my second knee replacement, no pain meds after day 3. I am using these 3 to help keep the swelling down.

    I put Elka Stage 11 on my F3 T upfront. Huge difference from the factory, I have left the settings alone as of now since I have not had the opportunity to ride to much as I have just had knee replacement. Will experiment in the coming months. BajaRon Sway bar is next.

    These are all over North Scottsdale, not a day goes by that I don't see 1 or more. They really stink and are very protective of their young. You don't want to mess with these as they are really mean.

    Good luck, I had my right knee done 3/13/17, was back climbing roofs etc in 5 weeks, went perfect. Left knee is set for 11/3/17. Today's technology makes this type of surgery pretty smooth. The PT is the key, I was doing 5 sessions a day for first 3 weeks + walking and riding the bike. Enjoy...
