• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Rear Hub

Oh ya yes its at they're cost. It was just a easy job that went bad. Plus they have had two weeks to do the job. :banghead: I wanted the professionals to put back together for peace of mind. I could have done this myself.

    Rear Hub

I think I know the answer to this but, Dealer Tech broke bolt off in the hub and then drilled with 9mm drill bit, Da! Long story short, since the hub is power coated they ordered 2013 hub for 2010 to find out that the bolt on 13's is 10mm instead of 8mm. Now to they're surprize they now want to...

The one thing I would love to see.

I'm probably over thinking this anyway. Just waiting for rear tire to be remounted. I just like getting it pictured in my mind before I get started. But of anyone has tackled this before any information would be helpful. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The one thing I would love to see.

Not sure how but would love to see video on how to load the spring on rear emergency brake. It popped out without me getting a look on how it was installed in there. Anybody got a show and tell?

    Rear wheel and hub?

finding out the hard way I just had wheels power coated. Thinking I'd save a few head aches I took rims and tires to the dealer to have remounted. Got a call a few hours later about how the tech stripped the threads on one bolt on the hub. So to answer your question, they ordered me a new power...

    NOT happy with BRP

just disappointed Isn't it disappointing that someone like FB has to write on here that BRP done her wrong? Great lady and one of the most loyal Spyder riders out there. BRP is not aware of the costumers that buy these. It has nothing to do with free merchandise. I think the ones that buy a...

    Power coated wheels

That's my concern yes seats have been painted and that's why I'm asking others that may have had them done. I think its normal that these get painted. I really don't think its a problem but if it is I'm sure someone has done this before me.

    Power coated wheels

I had rims power coated and look really nice. The concern now is there any reason why the rims wouldn't torque down properly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm wanting to power coat the brake petal and pegs and lower parts. I know its not easy to do so on the brake side so was looking for any advise that might make it a little easier. Of course the one side was easy enough to remove but now it's time to remove the brake side. Any help would be...
