• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bought a Buell Firebolt XB12R - what a fun machine, somewhat extreme riding position. I've got it outfitted with tankbag, tailbag, GPS, etc. And I've done as much as 300 miles in a day on that one. (Have done quite a few 800+ mile days on the Spyder). So I have two V-Twins with belt drives...

Agree about the convertible. My saturn sky sits in the garage and i take the spyder to work. I ride the two wheelers at night when there's no traffic on country roads just for a little thrill.

I've learned that bikers seem to have more than one bike. Not to be outdone i bought a triumph sprint st 4 mos. after i bought the spyder and now i'm getting a triumph tiger. I'm curious what other bikes spyder ryders have and their reasons for owning more than one bike. I see my spyder as a...

    Really Disappointed

Get new key cut. Take old and new key to dealer and they program them both to your spyder. You need the spyder with you and all keys will be re-programmed. Any old kwy not re-programmed will no longer work.

First Full Day on the Spyder

Touring sportster My first bike was the spyder then i got triumph sprint st. If the latter category is "sport/touring" then i would call spyder "touring/sportster" (these are backward i know) because the spyder makes for a great touring bike and the triumph is a better sport bike. I loved the...

    Advice for son's bike

I love to hear your opinions and i thank you all. One question that only a couple of you addressed: which is more FUN: spyder or two-wheeler? My argument to my son is that spyder is more stable and hence more fun because one can go faster around curves more safely. Also better in rain...

    Advice for son's bike

I have a 17 year old son who wants a two-wheeled bike instead of spyder. He says spyder not as fun to ride but he doesn't know because he never rode one. I'm scared of two-wheeler and i doubt there's much difference in enjoyment. Can some of you experienced riders weigh in? Thanks in advance.

    Gas gauge

I don't care. You gotta milk the gas into that tank so i don't bother trying to get it full. There's something about the tank shape that makes it hard to get it fully full.
