• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Live to ride. Ride to eat

Neptunes Anytime I make a ride to the California L.A. coast area I have to make it to Neptunes. Great seafood for bikers. Locally there is a pie shop about 40 miles up toward Pine Valley Mountain that most local bikers like to make a loop up and around to.

When I pull up insert an image it only gives me the choice of going on-line to pull one out and not from my...

    Help with profile

I have been trying to edit my profile and put on an avatar and profile picture. Can't get it to save to my profile. Only thing I can think of is that the pic is too big as it claims the pic can only be 300x300. Can someone tell me how to edit the pic so it will post to my profile. Or is there...

    Power Commander for 2014 RT

Kawasaki Nomad Have had one on my Kawasaki Nomad for 10 years now. Made a big difference in performance. Not sure the Spyder really needs one.

Can't decide between a Spyder RT or a Harley/Honda Trike. HELP

All Three I have ridden all three and would not consider anything but the Spyder for a three wheeler. Handling and safety were key components to me. I have a few friends who ride a Tri-Glide and by the end of the day they are through and worn out compared to how I feel. I also like the feeling...

Which do you prefer, a Doo Rag or a Skull Cap?

Qualified Well I don't meet any of your criteria to wear a rag but I'm still exploring the possibilities. I like the idea of the vest and neck thingamabob. I do also have Sedona on my list for the end of September. Bunch of my Harley riding friends and I (with the wives in tow) are headed down...

Which do you prefer, a Doo Rag or a Skull Cap?

Which one is better??? I have been looking at this one and the same brand only in the skull cap style. Not sure which will work better for a full face helmet.

    Rear Top Cargo Shelf

Me Too I have one of these on my Spyder RTL as well. I love it. I pack all my rain gear and extra leather in a hard case and strap it on when on those long trips. As far as the extra shelf in the trunk, I keep my registration, insurance and personal protection (Glock) in the top part. That's...

Which do you prefer, a Doo Rag or a Skull Cap?

Do you have one preference over the other? A Doo Rag or Skull Cap under your helmet? Which one stays on the head and in place better? Why do you prefer one over the other. 110° today and riding home I couldn't keep the sweat out of my eyes and from running down my poor hairless head. What say you???

    NO NO NO..............

Tools That's why I carry tools in the frunk. One never knows when or where something bad will happen. But Murphey's Law says when ever it is the least expected, least wanted and most inconvenient. Glad you posted so I know what to do when it happens to me. I too ride a 2014 RTL.

Saving up, leaving the Guzzi. Pending newbie.

Jump My Mrs. encouraged me to jump into the Spyder world. She developed arthritis and couldn't do the two wheel motorcycle on long trips any longer. We saw an add and test drove one the next day. Bought a used one the following week and never regretted it. We now have about 30,000 miles on the...
