• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Reading about the lock up at 50mph is freighting! Do you know if the fronts, rear or both locked at 50mph. This has me thinking to permanently disconnecting the PB and buying a chock for holding the Y contraption when parked.

    With the genius app. you will download maps to your phone( North America costs approx. $49.00). You will not need more data because of the downloaded maps in conjunction with your phones internal GPS chip Genius app. works very well, without using up data.

    In Southern California I usually get 60-70K on my pickup tires and my jeep wrangler....doesn't really matter what brand although I prefer Continental. I do an immense amount of freeway driving.

    My hesitation with the gel pad is that the stock vinyl seat does not allow your *ss to breath! I have been thinking of getting the gel pad and covering with leather. I have a foam sleeping bed and it tends to get hot ,maybe this is what makes the stock seat give you hot "buns". Just trying to...

    After reading more on this issue it does appear to be a characteristic of the 1330 engine. It appears at ow RPM's ad dissipates quickly after leaving from a stop.

    What if you don't like the pressure that the system decides is the " correct" pressure, can you change the "set point"? The manual adjustment on the standard RT lets you put the ride ht. anywhere you feel appropriate.

    On the Spyder RTL with the self leveling rear shock what air pressure does it us? Is a there a "tilt" mechanism that adjusts the air pressure? Can you adjust the air pressure while moving up or down?

    I am curious...are the belt tension/vibration devices used to eliminate 1st gear take vibration? This vibration is the only vibration I experience and it is gone by 10-12 Mph.

    I have owned several Harley’s and they handle winds better the. Anything else I have owned including my spyder.
