• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Can Am leasing option !

Maybe That may be true normally, but with the Ryker I could see a lot of people that aren't sure if the 3-wheel life is for them taking the leasing option, figuring they'll have 3 years to decide. I could then imagine a lot of those people not using it nearly as much as they thought they would...

    Can Am leasing option !

Good deal for BRP The "deal" quoted in the article is $1000 down and $149 a month for 36. $1000 + 36 * $149 = $6364 on an $8500 Ryker. If someone turns it in after the lease ends, BRP owns a 3 year old Ryker for $2136! No, I didn't account for interest, but I also used MSRP.

Looking for confidence in the curves...

Curve speed I'm only a few hundred miles ahead of you with the same Spyder and same lack of motorcycle experience, so hopefully I can help. I expect that you are correct that the issue is in your mind and that you aren't coming anywhere close to tipping it over. I suspect that you *feel* like...

Rider education class complete, now its time to buy (used)

2 UP If you look around on here, you'll see that the F3-S is not really made for 2-UP either. While it has a passenger seat the rear shock is not adequate for more than occasional short trips with a passenger. By the time you get a F3-S and add a passenger backrest $400, decent rear shock $600...

    So it's called the Ryker!

Very Interesting Being a new Spyder owner, I will say that I spent a lot of time planning to buy a used model in the 10-12K range. But the rebates on the '17 models in the early summer convinced me to spend a little more the get something new, and I bought a F3-S. I think the F3 is a good...

    Passenger Backrest

I just received my ultimate passenger backrest today from Lamonster and installed it in about 20 minutes. Piece of cake to install and it looks great with the stock seat. And less than half the cost of BRP's cheap backrest! Thanks Lamonster for making great Spyder farkles!

    Spyder Backgrounds

Tshirts You should look into getting permission to print some of these as shirts. Way better looking than the retro-looking crap BRP is selling!

    First time 2-up

I picked my wife up at her office today and we headed out to lunch on our F3-S. :ohyea: I was driving and immediately noticed the difference in handling in the curves :yikes:. I could also definitely feel the inadequacy of the rear shock. I've read on here lots of suspension upgrade...

New F3 S in the Driveway!

Glad you got it Yes, I also noticed that the frunk doesn't have a lot of space. Wasn't sure I was going to fit my wife's helmet in there at first, but all those hours playing tetris finally came in useful! :roflblack:

    First Farkle

First thing I found that I really wanted was a garage door opener. Attached a keychain opener to the side of the left module. It fits perfectly there.
