• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

fuel cap fix - any way to make the F3 cap easier to latch?

The only time on mine that it's hard to latch it is if I forget to turn the key to the right while closing it. As long as I turn the key, the cap closes and latches without issue.

Looking to buy a 2013 St limited

2013's had a heat issue because the panels just above and to the right and left of the frunk were completely closed in. For the 2014 models, they added vents and for some 2013 owners, BRP would make a good-will gesture of providing them the 2014 panels at no charge. If you find a 2013, see if it...

Just bought a 2012 RT-S and major oil leak is occurring.

Since you bought it used you may not have received the owner's manual. You can download them from BRP's site. http://www.operatorsguides.brp.com/OperatorsGuidesAttachments/OwnersManuals_SSA/attach/06/2012/2660EN.pdf is a direct link to the 2012 RT It's quite likely the previous owner...

Has BRP Fixed the DESS Modules?

Joel did mine too on my ST. Good guy and it literally takes just a couple of minutes.

2019 F3S Special - need help getting into Settings?

I'm usually can figure things out by myself but this one has me stumped. I bought a 2019 F3S Special Series (the one with the Liquid Titanium color and orange frame and handlebars) and can't for the life of me figure out how to get into the settings (to change the clock, or English/metric, etc.)...

Mechanic in the Lehigh Valley PA

I think you will find that to get a good dealer/mechanic you'll need to adjust your idea of "too far."

HowTo: DIY: 2020 RT chin light (Technically called the "auxiliary" light)

Did you splice into the actual wiring harness for the BRP light or did you find some other harness to top into? For the record...

F3 Passenger Sensor and one piece aftermarket seats

There is no passenger airbag. The switch changes the brake bias (front to back) primarily and adjusts how the nanny reacts.

Bouncing Fuel needle on 2011 Spyder RT

They show up as vertical bar graphs on the left and right of the digital speedometer. Fuel on the right, temperature on the left.

I Hate To Be Negitive B-U-T

Totally agree on drinking the Kool-Aid. We're a 3 Spyder family and it's quite likely we'll be a 4 Spyder family within the next couple of months. For us it's simple. No Spyder means no riding. And we want to ride.

    Need Help Deciding Between a 2016 and 2020 F3-S

I would ignore the choice of color issue. There's nothing stopping you from repainting the bike if you really want to. I have a buddy that's repainted his and his wife's bikes at least twice. When they get bored with the color, they repaint it.

    Dealer Recommendations

I have a buddy from upstate NY that bought from Motomember. Did a fly-and-drive on his new F3S. No complaints. I almost bought my new F3 from them but in the end I spent a little bit more to support a local dealer.

2021 Can -Am Rt Limited in dealers showroom today

Is there a price diff between 2021's and 2020's? Seems kind of odd since it's really the same machine.

    Cat delete baffle option

Based on the excerpt you posted from the Ryker's manual, I would say yes. Just keep in mind this thread is discussing the 1330 engine; the Ryker's don't use that engine.

    2009 Spyder with 1000 miles...

I wouldn't do it. It sounds like a good deal but since you said you don't want to work on it yourself you could potentially spend a ton of money bringing it up to snuff. If you want something to just get out and ride on weekends best to look for a 2014 or newer from someone upgrading to a 2020...

    2020 RTL Demo Ride

That's a known problem but since it didn't affect the drivability or safety BRP decided to ship them anyway then issue a TSB for owners to come in for replacement once they have the correct parts.

Sercurity? The best way lock the F3

You can lock the handlebars by turning them all the way to the left, then turning your key to the left (without pushing it in) to the lock position. Remove the key and your handlebars are locked.
