• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good deal on rear tire replacement

I'm dropping off my machine next week, all three tires. I have less than 7,000 miles on mine and the rear Kenda is well into the wearbars, and I'm thinking my rear pads are going to be pretty worn, speed is always an expensive proposition :riding:

2018 F3L Air Suspension Not Working

Thanks for the info guys! Didn't get to it yet, but I will be calling the dealer tomorrow to schedule service for tires and the suspension, meanwhile I'll pull the seat/seats and take your info to see if I can detect the issue as I always like to go into a repair shop with a good idea of what...

2018 F3L Air Suspension Not Working

Was out riding two up with my wife last night and the ride confirmed what I suspected on my last few solo rides, the rear suspension is dead as a door nail. Is there anything easy I can troubleshoot and repair before taking it in to dealer for service? The good news is it's under warranty and I...

    Spare key storage.

All BuRP products come with a security system they call Digital Encoded Security System (DESS), on sleds, PWC's the DESS is built into the tether, on the Spyder it's in the key. Basically it's an RF chip that's built into the key or tether that communicates with the ECU to allow a machine to...

Kenda Kanine Tires ~ First Impressions

The service writer I was speaking to was actually upset that I was going to install something other than the OEM tire, it truly was a weird conevrsation. And then how can any caring, concerned service writer support The Kenda OEM tire when it's essentially shot at 6,000 miles?

    Spare key storage.

I use a Nite Ize keyholder, perfect size for the Spyder key. https://www.amazon.com/Nite-Ize-Waterproof-Magnetic-Attaches/dp/B078KXVXFR/ref=sr_1_17?dchild=1&keywords=strong%2Bmagnetic%2Bhide%2Ba%2Bkey%2Bholder&qid=1622996004&sr=8-17&th=1

How do you dress for a ride?

The truth of the matter is that if you get knocked off your Spyder in just about any fashion, you're gonna slide after hitting the deck.

Kenda Kanine Tires ~ First Impressions

My local dealer will only install OEM Kenda's, the good news is I have an independent shop very close by that will do the tire change, the bad news is that the Vredestein's I ordered on May 24th from Vulcan Tire still don't have shipping tracker info yet :banghead: I got the Kumho ECSTA in a few...

How do you dress for a ride?

This is pretty much where I'm at with the exception of riding for short errands at speeds below 40 mph, then it's whatever I'm wearing at the time and usually helmetless unless it's cold out. By the same token I don't wear a helmet when on my bicycle.

How do you use your Spyder?

Pleasure and touring trip with friends, my work commute is dog eat dog ride in a car and is even more savage on a bike, if I had a better commute I would probably ride to work every Friday during the good weather months.

F3- Thoughts on a packed gravel road

A must out in the boonies, being a sledder I'm used to spare belts and spinning wrenches in no mans land. Oh and don't forget a tow rope LOL Agree on the bold, and combined with moderate speed it should all be good.

F3- Thoughts on a packed gravel road

The dust isn't bad on that road, when you said packed gravel I was thinking like Illinois/Indiana gravel farm roads that are dusty as hell. After watching that vid you posted I'd run that Devils Backbone on my F3 in a heartbeat.
