• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cheap Endoscope Would Do the Trick... Couldn't one just use some sort of endoscope to snake in and look (and save the work of removing the cover)? Something like this could do the trick: http://a.co/iTndUjz

    Draining the oil

Awesome. Thanks for that detailed opinion AeroPilot. That helps me understand better.

    Draining the oil

Cool - will do. Just curious why..... ..from Lamont's video, I can see that the filter is accessible from top-side, but there's 2 drain plugs - maybe the dipstick tube doesn't reach the very bottom so it would be too hard to get all the oil out (that your thinking)? Just curious why from your...

    Draining the oil

Topside Fluid Extraction? Any benefit here to using a topside fluid extractor instead of draining? There is on my older BMWs as I can change oil and oil filter w/o ever getting under the vehicles / low to the ground, but not sure if I should even worry about trying to use it on my Spyder....

    Rear Peg / Footboard Delete

I found some pics from someone here in the forum, and modified it to show what I'm talking about. The below two pics show the bracket I'm talking about that the rear footrest (peg or board) would attach to... ...I'm trying to see if this part can be swapped (or if there's some aftermarket...

    Rear Peg / Footboard Delete

...well, what I'm looking for is more JUST the included "footrest trim", if that trim was a bracket deletion to remove the rear footrest... ...I don't think I can order just that part (as I have not yet seen a reference for this part [or part number] outside of the kit), and I'm not even sure...

    Rear Peg / Footboard Delete

Well, I can follow pre-fit installation directions, but not much of a fabricator. ....I was hoping there was a replacement piece for the mounting bracket, itself (to remove the mounting points of the board / peg).... ...or I was hoping someone like Lamonster has made some sort of billet (or so)...

    Rear Peg / Footboard Delete

I'm trying to find out if there's a rear foot peg / foot board delete option. I saw Lamonster has some adapters to install some of his aftermarket pegs and such, but I didn't see if there was an option to delete the peg / board, altogether. Basically, I purchased a 2015 F3-S with front & rear...

    F3 Front Sprocket Inspection

If I missed it in this thread, sorry and please point me to the correct post number or so covering my topic, but... ...does anyone know of any owners with any sort of the belt dampers, that also has had their sprocket replaced? Was just wondering if those dampers might possibly mitigate...

    Performance mods or scrap F3-S?

It's Cultural - But Internet-Troll Culture I'm a natural-born American, living in the South East portion of the continental US (one state up from Florida). I can, with a high level of confidence, say that it's cultural, but not nationality related, but rather internet-based (without borders)...
