• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I think they blamed his on an o2 mod or fuel manager, but I couldn't find the thread on my cell. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2

One Step Closer - Sena SMH10

I think the smh5-fm and sph10h-fm (half helmet only) are the only ones with radio built in. If you are going full face or modular you want to make sure you get the smh10 universal. The universal gives you 2 options on the microphone boom and a small wired one. The only reason I picked the 10...

    Odd!

There's a silver rt-s that I'd almost always at the IMG Southside dinners' but one night we had three show up at a Wednesday night dinner put on by a guy at Harley west. It was at Bynums in Martinsville. The RSS was just purchased by a woman from flat out. The black rs is Mike's (spyderfun)...

    Odd!

I live in greenwood and travel to indy every day for work... seeing a spyder is a rarity. The last two weekends I've made trips north (culver, in and van wert, oh) both trips I saw 2-3 spyders each way. It was kinda freaky... maybe the peru dealer does a lot better business than Martinsville...

I guess a side note that I run win 7 x64 and had little problem getting the software up and running. Meaning after I rtfm it went smoothly. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2

What type and where do I get proper oil for RT when on the road?

I can get the Lucas stuff local, and last time I was in they had a really good price on it. I have used Castrol (Syn) with no problems. Lucas seems to do well in testing, and I don't "push it" when it comes to maintenance.

    ANY ONE SEEN MY SPYDER?

can't blame ya at all. if mine broke down and left me stranded 2-3 times in 2 years, i'd be on something else. the new tri-glid does look sweet!

The biker's "CODE" of friendly hello's? NOT today!!!!

I will say that most the people that don't wave are on Harleys, but a lot of Harleys still wave. For the most part around here the no helmet crowd also happens to ride Harleys, but in Indiana you see less people wearing a helmet than people who wear helmets. I will be honest. I return waves...

    add ons

Comfort would be handlebar risers (3"), seat, and floorboards (with a highway position or highway pegs). My RS is definitely setup to ride more like a cruiser and less like a sport bike. You can add a backrest, touring windshield, throttle lock (or cruise), aftermarket heated grips, and a gps...

Silly Question ~ How many of you have gotten a ticket?

A friend got a ticket for 61 in a 45, before Spyderfest. Got a letter about a week after he received the ticket offering deferment if he simply payed the fine (about 200 smackeroos). Cop said that the big yellow trike makes us targets.nojoke

    ILLINOIS

I'm not staying in Effingham, but tuesday morning there will be a big group from the northeast coming through on 70w. I dont think there is a stop in Effingham, but it wouldn't be impossible to join. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?49474-Spyderfest-convoy-from-the-Northeast

    Anti Freeze

I bought a transmission funnel the only time I had to mess with it. I keep a small bottle of Red Line Water Wetter in the bike for emergencies, but have yet to use it.
