• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Eco mode is painful

We use ECO only on long distance rydes on the interstate with cruise control (no twisting). It does make a difference on that type of trip when you want your fuel trips to be minimized. Example, and Iron Butt where fuel stops just cost you too much time. Other than that, and some cross country...

    2020 rt misinformation

You have to understand that many dealers have never seen a 2020 RT.

    BRP video, 6 riders with 4 2020 RT's, 3 day road trip

This was a planned advertising shoot. They chose Ryders of RTs and took them to Vegas and gave them a route, they indeed had shots staged in certain areas and support vehicles that were Non 2020 RTS. This was intended to be a commercial, but they really traveled a 500 mile route over 3 days.

    BRP video, 6 riders with 4 2020 RT's, 3 day road trip

When this video was produced in September there were exactly 4 2020 RTs in the US. That is it. Those others may be support vehicles. Trust me, there were only 4.

    4:37 PM and it's DARK

And of course you are in AZ so the time Dave’s mentioned is the same as you are 1 hour ahead of us. Dave, up here in Sacramento, it is still light out when we leave work at 5:00 so maybe you need to go outside!

    2020 RT Limited?

No need to wait and see, it is a reality. The trunk is basically the same as the top box on anF3L. I have actually put two full face helmets in the 2020 RT trunk. You lay them on their sides with the bottoms on the two helmets facing each other.

What about what you don't you like about the Spyder?

Well, I ryde the Sierras almost every weekend! I can haul a*# down highway 49 between Coulterville and Mariposa ( aka” The Little Dragon” ) and keep up with sport bikes. We just did a ryde that took us Over Sonora Pass, Monitor Pass, and Ebbetts Pass and we took it HARD! Are those considered...

What about what you don't you like about the Spyder?

The biggest upgrade for your Spyder to make it curve ready, is for you to learn to ryde! You can add to that if you want to, but the Spyder can handle things right out of the crate. The more you ryde, the better it turns!

70000 Spyder Miles and nothing but smiles so far!

2019 RT Limited - Shakes and Vibrations

For what it’s worth, we have had 6 or 7 sets of Kendas in the front to 3 spyders and have never had the problem you are describing.

    2020 RT Limited?

That is my good friend Mike Huber talking with the service team at Spirit Motorcycles about the new RTL. He has been lucky enough to ryde that thing all over the west visiting Spyder dealers to answer questions. Great guy!

Spyder RT 2013 Owners - did the Recalls fix the issues?

We put 62000 completely trouble free miles on out 2013 RTL. We drove it from California to Valcourt Quebec Canada, without one single issue. Get on it, ryde it and don't look back. You will love the ryde! If not for a killer deal on a 2018 RTL we wouls still be ryding it!

    2020 RT Limited?

I can tell you it is a fun ryde. I am not in the market right now, but if I was, I might wait until late 2020 or even wait until early 2021 when the 2021s come out. I am a bit skeptical of "first year" models. Let them work the kinks out, and I have found that you get great deals in February the...
