• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Best Bluetooth for...

Shoei Helmet I feel your pain. I purchased a Multitec last year, and the boom for the G2 wouldn't fit well. I sold the G2 and bought the G4S (snow). The difference is that instead of the boom, there is a wire going to the mic. I have extended the wire to be able to route accordingly, and...

Happy New Year to All! There is a 2010 RT-S for sale at a HD dealership up there that I'm interested in. I'll be trading my 09RS SM5 in the process. 2 questions came to mind: #1. I'm no RT conosewer ;), and #2. Don't know the Can Am dealers up there, and who to trust. Is anyone available...

I live on a gravel road. What do you recommend?

I would recommend a beltguard, and a spare belt to have on hand, just in case... It's cheaper than asphalting the road. And BTW, go slow!:doorag:

Unwanted solicitation could get you booted off this site!

Harrumpff, I guess I'll have to take my predatory practices somewhere else! :banghead::mad: I'm not trying to be insensitive, I'm sure someone perceived they were accosted, and Lamont had to lay down 'da law. Well done, if that was what happened. Now let's get back to our regularly...

Almost torched the bike! Huge leak in upper right side.

It's been a long afternoon. Drove down to the dealer (they had a fuel filter in stock), and took it home. The Oetiker clamps were a PITA to remove. I replaced the Oetiker's with alligator clamps, and discovered a small leak on the tank-side of the filter. I had to cut off about 1/8" of the...

Almost torched the bike! Huge leak in upper right side.

It all started with a coolant leak; a pinprick that shot coolant out onto the front cylinder. Dealership needed to verify to process warranty action. I decided to help by removing all forward tupperware to show them the reservoir leak upon my arrival. While pulling out of the garage for my...

Polk Audio Speaker Replacement on the RT

Please refrain from over reacting, and re-read my post. My point was concerning sound quality. Would you agree that music sounds better when you are in a quiet environment? My point stands, not to dictate how you should listen to your music, but how to get the best quality for your...

Polk Audio Speaker Replacement on the RT

Considerations Has anyone considered the environment in which these speakers are being listened in? Why spend big money on audiophile sound when you have to battle engine noise, wind, mother nature etc... I think Lamont has hit the bullseye by using earbuds while riding. Emitting a sound...
