• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Formula One Fender and Wheel Kit(pics)

I put this together myself. The wheel adapters were made brom billet aluminum. The fender struts are modified stock pieces. The fenders are modified trailer fenders. The tires are two inches wider but exactly the same diameter. The ride is basically the same but the handling is much more...

    I appologize about fuel comments!

I appologize if I've offended anyone who made comments about fuel octane, quality, or compression ratio. I try to gain perspective from everyone's post to make myself more educated, I just wantt everyone to keep in mind that the BRP factory service manual doesn't recommend 87 octane, they...

    Gas Octane

A knock sensor doesn't solve the problem, it just relieves the symptoms. It prompts the computer to retard timing which reduces knock but at the same time reduces power!

    Gas Octane

BRP doesn't recommend 87 octane, they recommend a MINIMUM of 87 octane!

    Gas Octane

In the factory service manual BRP doesn't recommend 87 octane, they recommend, " a MINIMUM of 87 octane." Everyone is going to interperet it differently but I take that to mean this is the very minimum you should try to get by with, not the best thing you can use! I also believe that premium...

    blew a mufler gasket today

I've thought about using exhaust wrap but wondered about the side affects. Not that it caused this problem but I know it isn't recommended on stainless steel headers!

    Air Filter Choices

My K&N fits good. I just checked it after 2000 miles and no signs of blow by. There is a distinct line where the dirt ends. I think the biggest issue is that the edges of the airbox lid don't seal against the filter like most airboxes.

    question about shocks...

I already posted this in general discussion before I found this thead. I weigh 170lbs., adjusted mine to the 4th notch, and now I can get it up on two wheels in tight, hairpin, 1st gear turns! I did it three times today so tomorrow I'm going to try the 3rd notch. It was originally set at the...

    Polished Stainless Exhaust pics!

I don't know the model# but they are Kuryakyn Universal fit 7/8" iso grips. I didn't even glue them yet. I wanted to make sure I like them first. Throttle side fits pretty snug by itself. I wrapped some electrical tape on the other side and it's worked great so far. Much better than stock.

    UP ON TWO WHEELS!

After reading comments about adjusting the preload on the front shocks I decided to adjust mine to the next to stiffest setting. It doesnt lean into turns anymore but I had it up on two wheels three times. The turns were sharp, hairpin, first gear turns and I had no problem getting back onto...

    Polished Stainless Exhaust pics!

That's what all of my friends say but it isn't that simple. Right now I'd pay that $60 dollars instead of doing it myself. I didn't just order a couple of pieces and put them together. The stainless elbow had to be cut to length on each side which took alot of eye balling to determine where to...
