• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

3-Wheel Basic Rider Course (3WBRC) Pros and Cons

trike class John, Earl Small has the MSF class and it's super. They actually did their first trike experienced rider course one weekend before the GW folks cranked up over in Alpharetta. There just was a MSF course couple months ago and I think it had 5 Spyders and one Harley. They did it in...

NOT happy with my dealer service...

??? The point of my write-up was to show folks that overall, for 3 years mx, all the things covered, that I mentioned, I paid a total of way, way less than that itemized in this service. I figure I'm saving mega bucks, getting all that BRP stipulates (things I might pass on or find a less...

    raise handle bars for RT

risers And I can't help but mention they vary in price from list to list plus some, and downward to 25% off, so beware of the high price. And then, who's gonna put em on. I've had a great quote of $298 and a horrible price of $600. They evidently are real buggers to install. I have an Air Hawk...

This morning was my first time.............

Insp. Gadget His were the first things I put on. Floor boards, heel&toe shift lever, forward thingys to get feet forward and a little higher (like pegs can do), shelf for the rear trunk and something else I can't remember. Super quality and workmanship at realistic dollars. :cheers:Tuck

NOT happy with my dealer service...

I have a service plan and they do everything on the published inspection sheets. Last month,at 28,000 miles, they did every item, including the valve Insp, front brakes and any other conceivable item and the bill was $2950. All was paid for by the service plan which covers all labor for 3...

    stopped to help....

Passers-by Three years ago I had the stator catch on fire on my Road Glide on GA 140 between Canton and Alpharetta. Going down a long hill, the bike just quit (as the stator caught on fire and smelled so bad I couldn't stand next to the bike.) There was a long turnoff to a side street and I...

    Memorial Day Gauntlet Run

Riding the Gauntlet today Great job Hawk. Not sure how you read that tiny print on the map they had on the web, but it all worked. 275 miles today, including the ride to/from Cleveland to start with the group. Lets see, we could be called "The Five Spyders" "The black and blue and red Spyders...

    Sway bar and Elkas

Some do and some don't adjust shocks. I left mine like they came and they and the sway bar make me think it!s a pretty good combo. I guess I'll splurge for the kit to change the angle of the shocks, but I really can't imagine the handling getting any better particularly since I seldom go over...

    Blue Light

It must be caused by the excessive heat on one side creating more blue megapixels per sq mm. No, then the ones on the right would always be blue thanks to the 70 pound Cat Converter on the right. That is the opinion of a guy who can't even solder two wires together without setting his garage on...

    7000 mile service

Better check the bill to see what he did. Sounds like an oil change only. With switching to the new Mx schedules, you probably won't have a big bill until 9,400 or so miles. Enjoy the Spyder and RIDE Tuck

    The missing handbrake bracket

Bracket I'm an old guy and arthritis has raised it's ugly head in several spots. I had the brake sys put on at the manufacturer in Montgonery, AL. It is functional, but the original brake lever didn't do the trick, or - my arthritis didn't let me get the braking I wanted. They came up with...

A DEALER TO REMEMBER .. Off the charts GOLD STAR SERVICE

Emailed them I emailed them last night. I think they set the standard for the walk in (ok, ride in) customer. I'd like to think more dealers would do that, but they'd have to prove it. See y'all in Maggie V. Tuck
