• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I have a long butt

One other nice feature of the one piece seat is that you don't have to unbolt anything to get the driver's seat off. Twist the key and the whole things comes off very easily. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I have a long butt

Yes - same key release. For Rogue Hawk, I got the standard Corbin seat. It may be my imagination, but it seems like it put the seating position back slightly from the stock F3-S seat. My pegs are in the forward-most position. With the stock seat, that seemed just right. With the Corbin, it...

    Animated lights

Hadn't given it a thought, to be honest. I think the Photon Blasters in the front may integrate fairly easily, probably picking up power from the front fender lights. The P3 lights in the back would be a little more difficult, just because the natural mounting location would be on either side of...

    Animated lights

I had the Skene lights on both the front and rear of my BMW and loved them! Thought they were great! I loved the conspicuity flicker. They flicker at a much higher rate than the typical modulated headlight (which are legal everywhere, I think). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Customer accessory power connections on F3?

I agree - that was one tough cable to find. It's taped up all the way to the ends of the two wires, each of which has a plastic cap crimped on. Definitely not as convenient as the one under the passenger seat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Have you listed the specific pieces or kit for the F3 on your website, or should I just call? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Smart Phone mount

I got a U-bolt Ram Mount that was good for a 1 1/4" dia bar. I think the part number was RAM-B-231-1U Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hear ya on that! It wasn't until I took the top console panel off that I could find that user accessory cable. I pretty much didn't believe the owners manual up to that point! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Got her today.

By the way, the reflectors on each side of the rear fender are the same as those that go on the saddlebags on the RT. The red RT Brightsides for the saddlebags work on the F3 rear fender. You will have to drill a hole in the fender underneath the Brightside to run the wiring to the license plate...

    Got her today.

With the right tool and some experience, it probably is a pretty quick install. I think the install instructions say it's about an hour. Not sure what the dealers quote, though. It took me closer to three hours because I had neither the right tool or experience! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Got her today.

I suspect both vendors wanted to verify that the fenders were the same before they updated their websites to include the F3-S for the new fender style lights. I installed both the new style Amber Brightsides and long red Brightsides. When I ordered them a couple months ago, the website really...

    rear seat

My wife likes riding on the back. When we picked up my F3-S, we did a 100 mile ride to lunch two-up, while she was getting service performed on her Spyder. We had ridden two-up to the dealer, and she said that she preferred the F3-S's passenger seat to that on her RT Limited. Sent from my...

    Farkle Weekend

Busy weekend getting the F3-S ready to head to Spyderfest! Took all of the Tupperware off to install: - Power cord to battery for the heated gear connection - Garmin Zumo665. I put the satellite antenna under the forward portion of the dash console. I ran the power line back to the GPS connector...
