• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Happy Spyder Owner...it's the truth

This news makes me very happy for both you & Mark. The aggravation of equipment not working properly is hard on the body, mind & soul. May your travels continue to be the joy they always should have been. :) Sent from my little bit of rural America via Tapatalk 2

    Clunking sound in front end

Had the same issue. It was the aforementioned bolt. Somehow, it had loosened and caused the bolt hole on the arm to wallow out. The tech said it was a safety issue. Took a week to get the new arm which got put on today. Thus I'm at home and not Colorado where I had planned to be. :( Sent...

    Weather tracking system

My Radar Pro. Have used it for 3 years and it's been accurate. It will send alerts & warnings for the area I happen to be in via text. Sent from my little bit of rural America via Tapatalk 2

How many miles do you ride?

27K on the 09 RS in 2 1/2 years; 15K on the 12 RT Performance in a bit over a year. Zero issues with either. Tires are my biggest expense item. Maintaining the RT is a heck of a lot cheaper than the tractor!

    Seal floorboards and heat

I have had Seal Deluxe FB and upper block off place in place since my 2012 RT was new, 14K miles ago. I removed the under panel as well. I normally wear boots. I don't ryde in desert conditions, but even at or near 100, with high humidity, I, unlike others, don't and haven't experienced "heat...

    N43E Trilogy on closeout

Can't answer the question completely. The chin guard and/or coat(s) I wear do a pretty good job of keeping the cold air out down to 30 deg. or so. Below that temp I'm used to throwing a baklava on.

ipod switching to aux while driving

One more possibility. I had the same problem. It was the connection cable itself. It was replaced and zero more issues.

    N43E Trilogy on closeout

Have 2 Nolan Trilogy and use them all the time for the past year and a half. They're adaptable, vent well, both face shield and drop down sun visor are optically clear. I use their N-Com - bluetooth for everything. Audio is great regardless of helmet configuration or connected device(s). Love em!

    Talk about the Lone Ranger!!

Outstanding! On PGR and other events I'm usually, but not always, the only Spyder. Some HD and rocket guys stay away and snarl, but they are few. Don't know if its the novelty, the width or the flags, but I usually get put at or near the front of the pack. Keep up the presence!

    Flamingobabe & Hotglue's BBQ video

Thanks for posting. Looks like a blast. Really wanted and tried to make the trip down, but dang, work and life got in the way. And to make it even more of a kick in the pants, the whole weekend was clouds, rain and storms here on the prairie. :(

    Intercom systems

There are a number of good units with equipment and features alike and different. I have used Scala and SENA in the past. since I was in the market for new headgear, I went with Nolan's N-Com system in a Nolan Trilogy helmet. The unit fits into the left side of the helmet. It's Bluetooth all the...
