• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Red 2020 RTL on the way

My salesman is at the car show and will verify Monday.., I’ll need the short reach bars if they are not an option and he was wrong. On the bright side, that gives me another 500 to spend on my Spyder if the tri axis isn’t an option... Update: ran by dealer after work, they believe the tri axis...

Red 2020 RTL on the way

I know, I didn’t see it on line when I built mine but they offered it as an option. I double checked that when I got home, it’s on my order paperwork and discussed at the show, but will double check at the shop Monday. I was charged the 600 for the bars. So either they will offer the option...

Tri axis adjustable bars, because I may need to bring the bars up or in a bit with the comfort seat and backrest.

Red 2020 RTL on the way

After more than two years of research, test rides, 3 wheel class, and on line and chat room reading and u tube reviews, we finally pulled the trigger and ordered a nice new spyder. We got the best deal I could on a new model, no trade in and a few ads like the comfort seat, adjustable bars...

    We did it last weekend

Just hard finding many on line maintenance or dealer reviews from owners in my area. May stop and ask a few owners as we’ve seen a few Spyders in garages near us.

    We did it last weekend

Being in Belleville Illinois, the closest rated dealers via BRP sire search are in Nashville Illinois and in Alton Illinois. Do any of you use either of these locations for service and warranty maintenance issues? If so, please IM us, if we do pull the trigger on a new 2020 model, we want to...

    We did it last weekend

We may be, but it’s all about finding good maintenance support rather than distance in my book anyway. Nashville Illinois dealer is supposed to be good, has anyone on here used them? We’ll be shopping around, and test riding maybe rent a couple bikes like was suggested in this thread. Thanks...

    We did it last weekend

That is good to know, thanks. Will take some test rides, I’m sure we will have a sunny day here and there. Besides, we survived the snow, so a little cold won’t hurt anything :ohyea:

    We did it last weekend

Wife and I took a week off work and went to Harper college’s 3 wheel class last weekend. We braved the snow they had the night before class driving up from Belleville to Antioch Ill, and they were able to get us all in 1 day of classroom and two days of riding. Passed the riding and written...

    Finally pulled The Trigger.

Well keep us posted, we are just out of Belleville so bet we are close to you. Will let you all know how the training and spyder shopping goes. I wonder if the dealer would install some of the things like running boards if we brought them and wanted them installed as part of the purchase? I...

    Finally pulled The Trigger.

Thanks for the info, wife and I taking the SWIC course located in Belleville Illinois. It’s a two wheel course, only doing so because we couldn’t find a three wheel course and unlike other schools, they don’t have loaner can ams. Seems odd, you would think they would sponsor courses at these...

    Finally pulled The Trigger.

Hey, we were just there last month checking out the dealer, then Alton Illinois and one in St. Louis. Will you be taking the ride there for maintenance as well? They seemed the best dealer of the bunch so far to us. We are taking the training course next month and researching dealers and...
