• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Garmin/Zumo GPS Caution

Give GARMIN a call about this. They're pretty good about backing the zumo GPS's. I have 590LM, which I purchased for my 2-wheeler, and one of the gold pins on the mount came loose and flopped around. It didn't cause any GPS issues, but I called Garmin anyway. They asked me to take some pictures...

2018 RT Limited Handing With Stock Sway Bar??

Take a test ride, first. If you feel like the '18 is in need of a sway bar, have it laser aligned first (if this is a new purchase have the dealer align it as part of the deal). Then, if you still feel the need, get the sway bar.

Where can I put my Gate Pass - Bar Code Sticker? Around my neck?

Here's a different solution. Consider having the bar code applied to a vinyl applique, similar to a "wrap" that protects the paint. Then, just place it where you need it. You will be able to peel it off when you need to.

    Spyder RT Limited Questions

In regards to Can Am Spyder training, BRP shows that there are classes in Fresno, CA, if you don't mind the drive. I took my three wheel motorcycle training in a class that was about 250 miles from me in September, because the nearest classes didn't have any room until November. The training was...

Does the new GPS need cell service?

There is a common misunderstanding that when you're using your cell phone that you must be within cellular tower range in order to use GPS maps. That is incorrect, because GPS uses satellites, not cell service. The issue you would have is how to download the maps you want to use, as others have...

Replacing horn with air horn, relay or no relay?

If I'm not mistaken, and I frequently am, if the power to the horn goes through the horn switch then you will most definitely want to use the relay. The reason is, that an aftermarket horn can draw enough power to eventually destroy the horn switch. The switch is usually not designed for high...
