• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    ECU remap for more torque

I have an F3 SM6, and from day one it was soooo sluggish in 2nd gear. Much like the ST was. I happened to be at my dealer at the same time the BRP Aftersales Tech from Australia was there. He asked me how I liked my F3, and I told him I loved it, but 2nd gear was rubbish, very sluggish then...

    Break-in

I pretty much have with all of my Spyders, not crazy, but like to teach them from a young age :D My ST was probably given the worst start in its early days, picked it up on a Thursday and by Sunday it had done 90kms, By Sunday Night it had done 180 but spent most of the day taking Cancer Kids...

    SE6 engine hesitation while upshifting

Just wondering, do you hold the paddle in until it shifts or give it a quick tap? I had an RSS SE5 that used to "stumble" if you held the paddle in a little too long, this happened after I mastered not throttling off to change gear lolol

    Tank bag

I have the small Givi Tank Bag, using the Tank Lock system, you use the tank ring for an Aprilla and fit it upside down so that your fuel cap will still open. It was a bit of messing around, with some, or maybe a lot of trial and error. I had to add a spacer to the ring to stop the bag from...

    Rear Sproket Change

Hopefully all goes well and you get it sorted, Im not sure what your expectations are once sorted, but from what I have read on here compared to what I have in New Zealand, there is not a huge amount of difference in performance/economy. I get approximately 100kms, (around 60 miles) per gas tank...

Examples of decals/wraps for white F3-T

Any decent Vehicle Sign Company could do it for you. If you have an idea what you want, take it to them and they should be able to come up with something for you.

    F3-S Battery charger

After removing the Tabs for the frunk, you then need to remove the plastic cover that is just above the frunk, it is just clipped in, all you need to do is lift it and it should come free. Then you can lift the frunk liner out to get at the battery. Replacing the plastic cover is a bit of a...

    MLB Givi PLX Rack

Is this MBL Innovations? not MLB? I don't seem to be able to find any info on their site about the fitting of the V35 cases to an F3

    Akrapovic silencer question?

The only real difference is size and shape really, the Sport Touring is a similar size and shape to a Stock RT Muffler and the Sport is smaller and more round in shape, and maybe a little shorter. Both should come with baffles.

    No more bobble head :-)

Xcreen Touring version does a great job for me, I can ride at most speeds with my visor up on my helmet and have no problems at all, it just takes time to adjust it to suit you.

    Silencer too loud

The stock one is very quiet, until you get up in the rev range then it has a little bit of a bark. I have the Akrapovic from an RT Triple, it has a very nice tone, a little deeper than the straight shot, and it is also longer, so the noise leaves the muffler closer to the rear of the Spyder...

    Thanks from Downunder to Wrapmyspyder

Hi Peter, the rims are on my Spyder the way I wanted, I didn't like the way they looked the other way, and the tyres are mounted in the right direction as I was present when my tyre guy did them for me, and we have the directional arrow on the tyre heading in the right direction. To be honest I...

    Thanks from Downunder to Wrapmyspyder

I spent $20.00 on some vinyl, and spent 2 hours on the weekend attaching it to my Blade rims, I think it looks pretty good.
