• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there a Decal to cover a scuff on a used bike?

A couple of racing stripes should do the job...

    Review: Lamonster® Leather-Like™ Grips

I've got the other style of foam grips on my Triumph. I like the smooth ones better as I feel you get a better grip on them (compared to the rough foam ones) with gloves that requires less grip pressure...at least in dry conditions.

I had a run in with BRP’s infamous Loctite x2

Sounds like BRP does screws like they do everything else: overly cautious to the point of it being bad for the product!

2020+ RT Passenger Arm Rests finally available! New Part No

They only swing out a few degress - 15 degrees maybe? Not "full swing out of the way" out. There are 2 (as I recall) locking positions in the "swing out" mode and you can leave them that way while riding if you want or swing them back in after getting seated by squeezing the lever and pulling...

Dealer says Demo Rides are not possible - any suggestions?

While true, its more an issue for those wanting to move from 2-wheel bikes to 3-wheel trikes that haven't taken such a course (If you've taken the 2-wheel version you'll understand that the 3-wheel version is pretty much a joke to you at that point). Also, I do think riding all the main...

Dealer says Demo Rides are not possible - any suggestions?

You would be surprised. In hot markets they literally treat you like dirt making you practically beg to buy something from them. I suspect many such dealers will change their tune later in the year as the economy further takes its toll on their numbers.

Tired of the sissy wave by other riders

I definitely get more waves riding my Triumph. And when I don't get waves on my Spyder I do get bummed...but then I remember how clickish, judgy, and annoying the average American is and I'm amazed we can actually just stand being on the same road together! ;)

Dealer says Demo Rides are not possible - any suggestions?

Its very dealer specific - so I'd suggest trying a different dealer. I had bad luck with my local dealers so drove an hour to another dealer and test-rode (and bought) from them there. Only caveat is that I had to call ahead to arrange a test drive. Also, see if the Can-Am Experience is...

Issues with accessory connections on 2020 RTL - any ideas?

Yeah mine is backwards on my 23 RTL as well. But no problems with getting power though (so long as key is on).

Where should I connect the wiring for frunk Bright Ryder light?

That light actually comes with such a harness, but I already had the Lamonster GPS plug-n-play harness that has the lever lock wire connectors on them so I just plugged into those.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Got my Zumo XT2 hooked up, installed Lamonster mirror locks, and wired in the Lamonster Bright Ryder front under-frunk light. Also moved around my phone mount (top cuff + ram ball + Quadlock). Sure wish they made a RAM ball-to-ball arm that you could lock the balls at 90 degree angles from...

Where should I connect the wiring for frunk Bright Ryder light?

OK, yeah...the same one on the right where a GPS would plug into (squareish plug). Thx.

Where should I connect the wiring for frunk Bright Ryder light?

Trying to put one of these on a 23 RTL: https://www.lamonstergarage.com/can-am-spyder-f3-bright-ryder-lamonster/ It installs right under the front lip of the frunk hood. Where should I wire this into? The video Lamonster shows is for a F3 and I'm not sure that connection he shows is there on...

Baja Ron's new Ultra Sway bar is great! Easier to install, too!

Put an Ultra bar on a couple days ago and really happy with what it has done to the suspension. When my shocks come in it'll be a beast. Question though: The instructions mentioned thin and thick spacers for the end links - but my BajaRon end links only had 8 identically sized spacers. Case...

Looking for suggestions on where you mounted your Ram ball on 2020+ RT

You can use one of these (can also be used for other purposes like a phone mount, water bottle holder, etc): https://www.lamonstergarage.com/can-am-spyder-top-cuff-cuff-only/ But I like this solution for a central GPS better if using a Zumo (not sure if it fits anything else)...

Check out the New Garmin Zumo XT2

Yeah, mostly a non-issue on this particular type of electronic since most of us have (or will have) it wired to the bike. I just like to standardize everything I have on usb-c because I'm tired of carrying around so many cables. Glad the EU finally came after Apple and is making them go USB-C!

Check out the New Garmin Zumo XT2

FYI for those that might care it looks like the XT2 has a USB-C charging port now (yay!). I have one on order and will get to try it out in a couple of days.

What's the right process for Programing Pedal Box?

You can do it more than once but more than once not needed. Just be sure the last one you do is full rotation. Just did mine a few days ago with 2 full twists...no problems.

What's causing this Wobble while braking?

I do my homework and thanks to all you guys...I actually already have a new set of 3 Vredestein's in the garage. I might go ahead and put them on this week...I'm just trying to do the "change one thing at a time only" and working my way through the upgrades...

What's causing this Wobble while braking?

So I managed to get out during lunch for some testing. Note that 1) I said I'm still new to 3-wheels, and 2) I had just put an Ultra bar on it (yesterday). I only was able to do a short test ride around the block yesterday. So a few observations I made: 1) It was less prone to doing the...
