• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Enclosed Trailers

Enclosed trailer I bought a 7 x 12 V-nose trailer from Becker Trrailers in West Salem, WI. It works really well and even has enough room for accessories and even a trailer to pull by the Spyder. I made a stand to stand the small trailer on its tail. Previously I had a 6 x 12 V-nose that...

Looking for oil Leak and I found it.

Water pump oil seal leak I had the water pump oil seal leak on my 2012 RTS back in Nov '14. Warrany repaired it, but took 3 weeks to get parts.

    International Motorcycle Show-Phoenix

Just returned from Spydering up to the IMS. Ran into several people that were disappointed that there was no Spyder demo rides. Lots of two wheel makes to demo. Missed opportunities in this beautiful weather, low to mid 80's.

    F3 Water Pump issue

My 2012 RT was in the shop for water pump seals for over 3 weeks a year and half ago. Dealership here in AZ recently moved into a new larger building. Sales might increase, but I doubt service will improve. With several dealerships they shared the one certified tech one day a week at each...

    driver backrest upgrade

Adjustable driver backrest I installed the adjustable backrest support and think it's a great improvement. It was a little tricky getting the pivot pin in with the spring, but doable. We have noticed that my wife has to hold the backrest down when getting on and off because of the spring...

    USB Outlet

Switch install I installed an auxillary power switch in that location. I measured the switch and taped off the hole size. I used an exacto knife to cut out the rectangular hole. The switch popped into the hole just like OEM switches.

    Dressing for the weather

Winter here in Arizona days can start in the low 40's and end up in the 70's. We layer silk long underwear, jeans, long sleeves and Tourmaster jackets and over pants. By afternoon we are removing layers and enjoying rydes! Sent from my SM-T210R using Tapatalk

    BajaRon's Sway-bar

Swaybar I upgraded both my 12 and now my 15 RTS. Factory suspension tends to roll over in tight cornering which end up making it too twitchy for my liking. Adding the BahaRon swaybar makes a world of difference. We (I) do like the twisties we have here in Arizona!

Toy hauler Motorhomes / 2 Spyders

Toy hauler We don't have two Spyders, but we do haul a Spyder with trailer in a 35' toyhauler in 10' garage and an ATV in the bed of the pickup. I'm sure that a Spyder could replace the ATV. We do this from IA to AZ for the winter plus side trips.

Anyone purchased riding accessories at one of the IMS shows?

IMS purchase I bought Tour Master riding boots a couple years ago at the Phoenix show and got a 20% discount. I got to try on different sizes to find the correct fit. Which made it better than ordering online.

    Installed lighted rocker switch

Just finished installing a lighted rocker switch for powering accessories. I had previously installed a fuse block to power accessories and used a toggle switch. This will power a GPS, GoPro, trailer lights converter and a usb and cigarette lighter outlet.
