• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Damaged rear fender

Look at the weight limit on some motorcycle tires. Some bikes have skinny front tires too. The weight limit on many motorcycles is an avg of 450lbs. Go to a bike rally and look at some of the "healthy" two ups riding around. Some of them come from other states. I am not saying that the...

    Cheap Alternative for luggage

I really like your setup, but unfortunately something like that would not work for me. You have a real nice steel mod to mount your box to. Plus my wife (dare I say it?) is not as petite as she was when we married 45 years ago. I doubt there would be enough room in front of the box for her to...

    Cheap Alternative for luggage

Since my wife is not riding with me yet, due to medical limitations, I installed the box so that the backrest works for me, the driver. When the kids come down, I can take the plate off and put the back seat on. They go out on it 2 up for the day, and do not need the luggage. The grandkids...

    Cheap Alternative for luggage

I just finished installing the plate and removable luggage box on my Ryker Rally. It may not look like a Rally to you, but I have replaced the rear fender with a FULL fender and when I replaced my handlbar and grips, the hand guards would not fit, so I didn't install them. Believe me, it's...

    Cross Style replacement bars

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0050HC5H4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Satin Black, 32" wide with 4" rise. $26+ Works great and has just enough rise for me. The photo that I previously posted shows the bar before I had adjusted it to it's max height. You can have it...

    Cross Style replacement bars

Nice. I wonder if they remain tight and hold their position.

Does warranty cover rust on wheel locks?

Do you have a photo or description of the plugs you use? I like that idea. I've never noticed anything like that at HD, but I mostly frequent Lowes as it is closer and more convenient. If it is too much trouble, don't worry about it. If it is a "drain plug" then I can find it.

    Cross Style replacement bars

Sorry, I had them listed on my "wish list" on Amazon, and my wife bought them for me as a gift. I deleted them off my list and now I can't remember which ones they were. There is about a five inch difference in reach, which is perfect for me. And I did not have any problem with the wiring...

    Review: Loving my 600.

Hey, I purchased my Ryker Rally at the dealer in Ocala, Fl. I had to go all the way to Eustis to test ride a Ryker, as the dealer in Ocala only had one (sold) in the show room. They were selling as fast as they got them in and put them together. As a matter of fact, the day I went in to pick...

    Cross Style replacement bars

I picked up a nice handlebar from Amazon for about $30 that allows me to sit more upright now. It has about a 5" rise and just slightly longer. I also put ISO grips on the bars but they were too long to fit my guards back on it. Not enough clearance, but I don't drive my Rally through the...

Why Did YOU Choose Ryker Over Spyder?

I've been looking at three wheelers for a long time, since I have had problems with my legs (one total knee replacement) and my clutch hand which I am putting off operations. I looked at Can Am a long time ago, when my daughter took one for a test drive. I wasn't interested. Harley has a...

Backseat rest for driver on a 2up can am ryker?

Ok, so an update on my bit of fabricating of a driver backrest/luggage rack combo. You can purchase a box of two LinQ OEM locking latches so I started by attaching them to a steel plate that I then attached a backrest pad that once was attached to a sissy bar on a motorcycle. It looked real...

Backseat rest for driver on a 2up can am ryker?

I am in the process of fabricating one using the Can Am LinQ latch. I was working on it today. I plan to make a combination driver backrest and luggage rack Only the whole thing will be removable using the LinQ latch. You can buy them OEM replacement in a box of two on ebay. It's going to...

    6000 mile check up.

When I went to my dealer to have the wheel nuts replaced, I asked about the price of service on the Ryker and they said they did not have it posted because they hadn't figured it out yet. But, they said it would probably be the same as the Spyder. They said they hadn't had any Rykers in for...

    Problem with Plasti Dip

I've had some compliments on how it turned out, even if I know it didn't come out as expected. I am using a spray on, wipe off clear coat type of silicone wax(?) by Lucas that seems to make it a bit better. The photo quality is not very good, but the lighter areas are the areas that I plasti...

    Ryker Throttle Control

I picked up some ISO grips on the I-net and found out that the ones made for motorcycles are about a half inch longer than the ones on the Ryker Rally. When I changed out my handlebars for a longer one and slightly higher one, I replaced my grips with the new ones and found that I could not...

What Did You Do To Your RYKER Today?

Nothing against Sling Mods but I am retired and on a fixed income, and I find proprietary products to be very pricey. I shop around the discount sites for after market, generic products that I can use to give me the same comfort and mods for way less money. Do not get me wrong, those companies...
